Once you paid for the E-ticket you have to wait atleast 24-48hours before GEM accepts and release your E-ticket. once you received it, you can immediately scan it in the main entrance. No need to go to the ticketing counters. TIP! Go to the museum as early as possible so you have the entire museum to yourself!

We had an amazing experience visiting the Black Desert and White Desert with Cool! Everything was well organized from start to finish, and Cool was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the trip. The desert itself was absolutely breathtaking, especially the White Desert. Seeing the stars and the incredible landscapes in person was truly unforgettable. Cool also made sure we were comfortable and took us to some amazing spots for photos. We really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend Cool to anyone planning to visit the Black Desert and White Desert. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt! ⭐️

The driver, Shesho Sherif, took great care of us. He had a nice car and even played Taiwanese songs for us. Excellent service!

It is very beautiful. Riding in a car through the desert feels like getting a massage. Water and tea are provided upon arrival at the camp, followed by exploring local food and culture, riding camels, and watching the desert sunset. Finally, everyone gathers for dinner and stargazing, with telescopes available to view the lunar surface. It was a very comfortable and relaxing trip.

To Koreans! I had a very safe and fun trip! The guides are kind! I was nervous about the unfamiliar environment in Egypt, but the whole schedule was comfortable! Lunch, dinner, and breakfast are provided, and even though I didn't shower before sleeping, it wasn't too uncomfortable, perhaps because it was dry! The desert is great, sandboarding is great, and watching the stars makes for a peaceful 2-day, 1-night trip! It was my first time in the desert, and it was so much fun and wonderful! I didn't bring a swimsuit because I was worried the water would be dirty, but it would be better to just bring extra clothes and go in once. Preparations: lots of water, snacks like crackers or jelly, motion sickness medicine for those who get motion sickness, swimsuit.

This tour was highly satisfying as it efficiently covered Cairo's main attractions in one day, including the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, and Khan el-Khalili Market. 👩‍🏫 Our Guide, Mariam, was Wonderful! Our female guide, Mariam, spoke excellent Japanese. She was very knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly, and flexibly accommodated our requests without any hesitation. I was delighted that we could chat casually about topics not directly related to sightseeing, such as Egyptian culture and daily life, in addition to explanations of the tourist spots. She was attentive to every detail, allowing us to enjoy our sightseeing with peace of mind. 🏛️ Day's Itinerary We were picked up at our hotel at 8:00 AM, and the itinerary was as follows: Pyramids → Sphinx → Two souvenir shops → Grand Egyptian Museum (lunch and visit) → Khan el-Khalili Market → Hotel drop-off. I personally requested and paid extra to enter inside the Pyramids. 🛍️ Regarding Souvenir Shops Honestly, it might have been even better if the two souvenir shops were omitted, and the time spent at the Grand Egyptian Museum was extended instead. However, at both shops, we could hear product explanations in Japanese, and there was no pressure to buy anything. There was no persistent sales pitch, and we heard stories we wouldn't normally hear, so I think it was a good experience in its own way. 🛒 Shopping at Khan el-Khalili Market Since negotiating prices was a hassle, I asked Mariam, "Are there any shops with price tags?" and she directed us to suitable stores. While we were shopping, Mariam spent her time casually inside the store, so we didn't feel rushed or worried about keeping her waiting. It was great to be able to shop at our own pace. 📸 Other Notes Tips were not required, and photos were taken for us free of charge. *Admission fees for the Pyramids, Sphinx, etc., entrance fee for inside the Pyramids, admission fee for the Grand Egyptian Museum, and lunch expenses are separate. 👍 Overall Review Mariam's personality and attentiveness were particularly outstanding, allowing us to enjoy our sightseeing in Japanese with peace of mind. This is a highly recommended tour that flexibly accommodates your requests!

The day trip was very well organized and the team was very friendly and there for everything. Thanks to Mo and the whole team! The island is worth seeing, although it's now very crowded (10€ island fees are extra, as stated in the description). The offered breakfast and lunch were delicious and plentiful (Arabic cuisine). The underwater world and the corals are impressive. The only thing we didn't like was that the Klook app showed a free pick-up from our hotel in Safaga, but in the end, we had to pay a 10€ per person transfer fee because we were not in the pick-up area after all.

Had 5 for 5 trip for sure. I can’t recommend Amgad as your guide enough. He’s a walking encyclopedia, ask him anything Egypt he’ll answer your question with great details- and slight added comedy too 🤣. Mohamed the driver was also such a kind hearted guy.
