Once you paid for the E-ticket you have to wait atleast 24-48hours before GEM accepts and release your E-ticket. once you received it, you can immediately scan it in the main entrance. No need to go to the ticketing counters. TIP! Go to the museum as early as possible so you have the entire museum to yourself!

Hishek is an awesome tour guide. i think as a gen z solo he would be such a good companion! both drivers and guide are cool with taking own time to explore the places yourself. dont be shy to ask more. even the lunch is a buffet so you have so many options. id definitely recommend someone as a first timer to book this guide!

I booked a desert stargazing day trip through OSSMA at a very reasonable price and with comprehensive service. The jeep ride into the desert was extremely bumpy, but we got to see the most breathtaking starry sky in the Sahara. The agency was very responsible and provided pickup and drop-off services. Since I was staying at a different hotel that night, I asked the driver who dropped me off to take me to the new hotel and offered to pay him, but he overcharged me by five times the fare. To my surprise, OSSMA had the driver drive back immediately to return the money to me—keep in mind it was already midnight at the time, and I never expected they would refund the full amount. Egyptians are actually very honest and kind. While the driver may have tried to overcharge me to some extent, the OSSMA travel agency left a great impression on me, and I believe there are still more good people in the world! I met many friendly Egyptians during my trip who gave me enthusiastic help. I strongly recommend this tour, and if my friends come to Egypt, I will definitely recommend they book OSSMA's stargazing day trip!

Emad is a nice guide, provided very delicious meal for us. Experienced the magnificence and grandeur of nature. A desert adventure and a starry sky unseen from the city—an experience you absolutely must have when visiting Egypt.

One of the most unforgettable experiences of my Egypt trip! Exploring the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain and the stunning White Desert felt like stepping into another world. Spending the night surrounded by these incredible landscapes made it even more special. Mohammad was an amazing host and driver welcoming, attentive and wonderful company. He made the entire experience seamless and comfortable, and the delicious dinner at the campsite was the perfect end to an adventurous day. But the real magic was the stargazing! The night sky was breathtaking, filled with stars, and sitting beneath it in the peaceful desert was a moment I’ll never forget. An absolute must-visit when travelling to Egypt. I am Japanese. My English is a bit broken, but I managed. Riding in the hot air balloon itself was a wonderful experience. I was picked up at the hotel at 5:20 AM and finished at 7:30 AM. On the way from the hotel to the launch site, the car got stuck in the sand, so we had to walk a bit. Also, despite being Japanese, I was repeatedly told I was Chinese and ended up riding with a Chinese group, but there were no particular issues. Flying over the Valley of the Kings and seeing the sunrise was truly wonderful.

We were picked up from the hotel at 8:00 AM and gathered at the Hilton hotel pier. The boat was large and very clean, and the guides were professional, enthusiastic, and created a great atmosphere. We took a one-hour boat ride first to Dolphin House to spot dolphins, which was a lot of fun. Then we went to the first snorkeling spot. Snorkeling equipment was provided, and the guides took care of those who couldn't swim by giving them a life ring to hold onto and float along with. The fish and coral were beautiful. Afterward, the lunch was delicious, and the second snorkeling spot was also very pretty.

Highly recommend!! It was the best experience. Guide: El Arabi was very entertaining and explained the constellations exceptionally well. Scenery: The stars were incredibly visible.

Great way to see a lot in little time. The tour comes with both a driver and a tour guide and our guide - Ayman - was great at telling us the stories behind the pyramids, finding a lunch spot to our liking, getting us to the highlights of the museum. He has excellent English and a fun sense of humour. He and the driver were very flexible with pickup and drop off locations and times, and were able to modify the tour on the fly as needed. I would definitely recommend this tour for someone who doesn’t want to deal with separate admissions tickets or any stress finding their way around Cairo’s top attractions.

enjoyed the boat journey, The food was very good, snorkling was even better. very comfortable journey, The host and the Crew made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend. Mahmood was a great host.

It was very nice tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Shady Hamdy my tour guide for today, he explained so well and detailed about the Egypt history, even though I forgot quickly, he explains again & again, haha! His English accent also good, easy to understand. Teaches me so many things today. Very recommended
