We arrived at the Bergen cruise terminal on May 30th by cruise ship, and I booked this online on May 27th... 👍👍👍 It's a convenient 20-25 minute walk from the cruise terminal. 👍 We took a very stable yacht cruise, which was quite comfortable. Hot drinks and snacks were available for purchase on board, and you could pay by card or in Euros. There was also an English guided commentary. 👍 It's a shame it was foggy, otherwise the scenery along the way would have been even more beautiful... 👍 The cruise ship is much larger, so sailing through Sognefjord was a different experience. 👍 Over 2000 NTD = 71 Euros, which is excellent value for money and highly recommended! 👍 The round trip was about 3.5 hours. Since the cruise ship had a return time limit, the 9:00 AM departure perfectly met our needs. After disembarking at 12:30 PM, we still had time to dine and sightsee in the city. Driver is Bella and tour guide is Nikolai, both are very nice. The day I joined has total 12 tourists, and Nikolai helps to take picture for everyone professionally. Bella helps prep refreshment like hot chocolate or coffee or tea and small snacks. The experience is unexpectedly good and we can see aurora🥰 Highly recommend those who visit Tromsø join this trip, as I will definitely choose theirs again~

Det var absolutt verdt det! Utsikten var som lovet. Ivan og Caroline var veldig gode guider. De var tålmodige selv om jeg var 5 minutter for sen til møtestedet. Linda var en fantastisk sjåfør. Et must når du er i Bergen!

Mario, the bus driver and tour guide, is highly experienced and has a great sense of humor. He kept everyone entertained throughout the journey by chatting over the mic, making this one-day tour fun from start to finish. If you ever come across a guide like Mario, you can certainly rest assured that you'll have a reassuring and memorable trip.

I actually booked the tour because of the aurora offer in the description. Unfortunately, until the end of the tour, the metric for aurora sighting was poor and we ended up not going for the sighting at all. Despite that unlucky part, this tour gives amazing experience for travelers who plan to visit Tasmania for the first time. We don’t speak Chinese at all, but tour guides always give English explanation in addition to pre-recorded English audio guide of each destination. If you are hunting for aurora sighting, make sure you’ve checked the possibility of seeing the aurora Australis before booking. Otherwise, just enjoy the beauty of Tasmania as covered by this tour.

The captain and the entire crew paid excellent attention to safety and looked after us exceptionally well. Having a live guide providing commentary felt much warmer and more engaging than listening to a pre-recorded audio track. There were two restrooms on board—both were new, spacious, and clean, with one specifically designed for passengers with disabilities. ​Seating offered great privacy on both the first and second decks, and snacks and drinks were available for purchase throughout the 2.5-hour trip. The boat departed and returned right on schedule, and the scenic views at every stop were breathtaking. This is definitely a cruise company you should experience at least once in a lifetime.

Nice guide for hopping around. The guide Giovanni has lots of local knowledge about the area and its history. He even shared his favorite places through a dedicated website, very handy after a short intro to the city.

It was fantastic! The tour guide was very thorough with explanations and helped take photos. The fish soup was delicious, and the restaurant had a beautiful view. We saw jellyfish on the beach, enjoyed the scenery from the car, and the walking paths weren't difficult mountain trails, making it a wonderfully relaxing trip.

it maybe that this is just a new offering and my guide was still unfamiliar with the set up but before and after the trip he insisted that he was not paid yet as the provider tagged my tour as "free". I gave him 20 euros after and just thought of it as a tip but it was confusing at rhe very least. Also we had some trouble communicating as he had some issues with English. As for the meal part only 1 main was covered. It was lovely but I didn't know what exactly ti expect given the vague description. Still a nice way to see Oslo highlights but could use some improvement.

pick up was on time, programme ran as advertised. happy with the overall experience. a must have activity at tromso.
