We arrived at the Bergen cruise terminal on May 30th by cruise ship, and I booked this online at the last minute on May 27th... 👍👍👍 It's a very convenient 20-25 minute walk from the cruise terminal. 👍 We took a very stable yacht cruise, which was quite comfortable. Hot drinks and snacks were available for purchase on board, and you could pay by card or in Euros. There was also an English guided commentary. 👍 It's a shame it was foggy; otherwise, the scenery along the way would have been even more beautiful... 👍 The cruise ship is much larger, and sailing through Sognefjord is a different experience. 👍 At just over 2000 NTD (71 Euros), it's excellent value for money and highly recommended! 👍 The round trip was about 3.5 hours. Since our cruise ship had a return time limit, the 9:00 AM departure time was perfect for our needs. After disembarking at 12:30 PM, we still had time to dine and sightsee in the city. Very much worth it! The views were as promised. Ivan and Caroline were very good guides. They were patient despite me being 5 mins late to the meeting place. Linda was a terrific driver. Must do when in Bergen!

Our guide, Mario, who was also our driver and commentator, provided detailed and friendly introductions to all the attractions along the way. He also gave thorough tips and explanations for every stop. I've never encountered such an enthusiastic and dedicated guide. This route is also perfect for a day trip, spanning both Copenhagen and Sweden, allowing you to see iconic landmarks. It's highly recommended.

Amazing experience with the team of 3 (2 guides + driver) led a bus group of 49pax, all public signed ups. Interesting to note that none of the 3 are Norwegian. ;). What’s more important is that they know where to take us to catch Ms Aurora dancing! All pictures are captured by iPhone 16. This is my 3rd time seeing Northern lights (1st Iceland, 2nd Finland), Tromso’s experience is hands down! Breathtaking!

Talagang maganda ang tanawin, lalo na ang mga tanawin ng fjord, at makatwiran ang presyo lalo na kung gaano kamahal ang mga bagay dito. Ang sopas ng isda na kasama ay isang magandang sorpresa at talagang nagdagdag ng halaga sa karanasan. Gayunpaman, isang disbentaha ay ang komposisyon ng grupo. Halos kalahati ng mga kalahok ay mula sa China, marami sa kanila ang hindi nagsasalita ng Ingles, hindi sumusunod sa mga paliwanag ng tour guide, at malakas na nag-uusap sa buong tour. Nakaapekto ito sa pangkalahatang kapaligiran at nagpahirap upang ma-enjoy ang komentaryo ng tour guide. Sa tingin ko, mas makabubuti kung mahihiwalay ng tour operator ang mga grupo ayon sa wika o estilo ng paglalakbay, dahil malinaw na may iba't ibang inaasahan ang iba't ibang bisita. Sa kabuuan, sulit gawin ang mismong tour, ngunit mapapabuti ang karanasan kung mas maayos ang mga pag-aayos ng grupo.

it maybe that this is just a new offering and my guide was still unfamiliar with the set up but before and after the trip he insisted that he was not paid yet as the provider tagged my tour as "free". I gave him 20 euros after and just thought of it as a tip but it was confusing at rhe very least. Also we had some trouble communicating as he had some issues with English. As for the meal part only 1 main was covered. It was lovely but I didn't know what exactly ti expect given the vague description. Still a nice way to see Oslo highlights but could use some improvement.
