We arrived at the Bergen cruise terminal on May 30th by cruise ship, and I booked this online at the last minute on May 27th... 👍👍👍 It's a very convenient 20-25 minute walk from the cruise terminal. 👍 We took a very stable yacht cruise, which was quite comfortable. Hot drinks and snacks were available for purchase on board, and you could pay by card or in Euros. There was also an English guided commentary. 👍 It's a shame it was foggy; otherwise, the scenery along the way would have been even more beautiful... 👍 The cruise ship is much larger, and sailing through Sognefjord is a different experience. 👍 At just over 2000 NTD (71 Euros), it's excellent value for money and highly recommended! 👍 The round trip was about 3.5 hours. Since our cruise ship had a return time limit, the 9:00 AM departure time was perfect for our needs. After disembarking at 12:30 PM, we still had time to dine and sightsee in the city. Driver is Bella and tour guide is Nikolai, both are very nice. The day I joined has total 12 tourists, and Nikolai helps to take picture for everyone professionally. Bella helps prep refreshment like hot chocolate or coffee or tea and small snacks. The experience is unexpectedly good and we can see aurora🥰 Highly recommend those who visit Tromsø join this trip, as I will definitely choose theirs again~

Val molt la pena! Les vistes eren tal com s'havia promès. L'Ivan i la Caroline van ser uns guies molt bons. Van ser pacients tot i que vaig arribar 5 minuts tard al punt de trobada. La Linda va ser una conductora fantàstica. Imprescindible si sou a Bergen!

Mario, the bus driver and tour guide, is highly experienced and has a great sense of humor. He kept everyone entertained throughout the journey by chatting over the mic, making this one-day tour fun from start to finish. If you ever come across a guide like Mario, you can certainly rest assured that you'll have a reassuring and memorable trip.

Vaig reservar el tour per l'oferta d'aurora a la descripció. Malauradament, fins al final del tour, la mètrica per a l'observació de l'aurora era baixa i al final no vam anar a veure-la. Malgrat aquesta part desafortunada, aquest tour ofereix una experiència increïble per als viatgers que planegen visitar Tasmània per primera vegada. No parlem gens de xinès, però els guies turístics sempre donen explicacions en anglès a més de l'audioguia preenregistrada en anglès de cada destinació. Si esteu buscant veure l'aurora, assegureu-vos d'haver comprovat la possibilitat de veure l'aurora Australis abans de reservar. En cas contrari, simplement gaudiu de la bellesa de Tasmània tal com la cobreix aquest tour.

The captain and the entire crew paid excellent attention to safety and looked after us exceptionally well. Having a live guide providing commentary felt much warmer and more engaging than listening to a pre-recorded audio track. There were two restrooms on board—both were new, spacious, and clean, with one specifically designed for passengers with disabilities. ​Seating offered great privacy on both the first and second decks, and snacks and drinks were available for purchase throughout the 2.5-hour trip. The boat departed and returned right on schedule, and the scenic views at every stop were breathtaking. This is definitely a cruise company you should experience at least once in a lifetime.

Nice guide for hopping around. The guide Giovanni has lots of local knowledge about the area and its history. He even shared his favorite places through a dedicated website, very handy after a short intro to the city.

It was fantastic! The tour guide was very thorough with explanations and helped take photos. The fish soup was delicious, and the restaurant had a beautiful view. We saw jellyfish on the beach, enjoyed the scenery from the car, and the walking paths weren't difficult mountain trails, making it a wonderfully relaxing trip.

Pot ser que aquesta sigui una oferta nova i el meu guia encara no estigués familiaritzat amb la configuració, però abans i després del viatge va insistir que encara no se li havia pagat, ja que el proveïdor va etiquetar el meu tour com a "gratuït". Li vaig donar 20 euros després i ho vaig considerar una propina, però va ser confús, si més no. També vam tenir alguns problemes per comunicar-nos, ja que ell tenia algunes dificultats amb l'anglès. Pel que fa a la part del menjar, només s'incloïa un plat principal. Va ser encantador, però no sabia exactament què esperar donada la descripció vaga. Tot i així, és una bona manera de veure els punts destacats d'Oslo, però podria millorar.
