This was an amazing experience! Our tour guide, Mrs. Nana, was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends. If you join this tour, don’t miss the onsen eggs at Umi Jigoku—they’re incredibly delicious! I only bought one, and I really regret not getting more. The croquettes at Yufuin Floral Village are also a must-try. I also wanted to try the grilled mushrooms, but unfortunately the queue was so long that they sold out before I could buy any. That was a little disappointing. The only downside was visiting in the summer. It was extremely hot, and walking around in the heat was quite tiring🔥. Other that I had a great time! とても素晴らしい体験でした！ガイドのNanaさんはとても親切でフレンドリーで、終始安心してツアーを楽しむことができました❤️このツアーはぜひ友人にもおすすめしたいです。 このツアーに参加する方は、海地獄の温泉たまごをぜひ食べてみてください。本当に美味しくて、1個しか買わなかったことを後悔しています。湯布院フローラルヴィレッジのコロッケもとても美味しかったです。 また、焼きしいたけも食べたかったのですが、行列がとても長く、私の番になる前に売り切れてしまいました。少し残念でした。 唯一大変だったのは夏に訪れたことです。とても暑く、炎天下を歩くのはかなり疲れました🥲それでも素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。

Although it was raining, the overall itinerary was very well managed. The mini-bus came with two guides: Zhu Zhu, who handled Chinese and Korean, and another male guide who could provide explanations in fluent English. This was my first time joining a one-day tour, and I was surprised that they even accompanied us on foot. Zhu Zhu is an excellent guide; she provided detailed information about restrooms and lunch options and consistently ensured the group stayed together and that everyone was accounted for. The entire trip was very enriching. Although the schedule was a bit tight, it was actually sufficient even for those who love taking photos. In the end, they even gave us small gifts! Since I was staying in Takachiho, I opted out of the return journey, and Zhu Zhu very enthusiastically discussed the drop-off location with me. I'm very happy I joined this one-day tour and highly recommend it!

We had a great time visiting so many spots! The driver was very punctual and polite. Although we didn’t speak the same language, we could still communicate with Google translate. It was nice to have a private car and not go with a big group.

This tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

The view is panoramic 😍. Take the mini train, it's quite fun. On your way back, remember to pay attention to a small volcano; it looks like a pudding 🍮. Ning Ning has been such a sweet and passionate tour guide. We really love her ❤️; she's the one who made the journey great.

The driver drove very smoothly; I could even look at my phone in the car without feeling dizzy. He was also punctual and recommended great places to eat. Most importantly, the driver was tall, young, and very handsome!

We were very lucky to have good weather. Our tour leader, Ms. Liu Zhihong (Cico), contacted us via email the day before because we were joining the tour at the second stop, Kumamoto Castle, and confirmed she would help us get seats closer to the front. Today, both guides used all four languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) and explained everything very diligently. In addition, even though we had purchased our own Aso Boy train tickets for the return trip from Aso to Kumamoto, Guide Liu was very thoughtful. During a break in our free time, she first took us to confirm our train schedule before leading the rest of the group back. It was truly a wonderful trip, and we will definitely join again next time.

This was the best choice for our Yufuin trip. Our guide, Jeon Gyu-young, gave our family the best time. If you're visiting Yufuin on a self-guided tour, I highly recommend you try this without hesitation.

If you go to Beppu, Oita, you must visit this place! It's a great place to show children how fun and happy the ocean can be. It's wonderful because you can see all kinds of marine animals up close, such as walruses, dolphins, and stingrays. You can also play in the water at the artificial beach where the dolphins are. Make sure to pack extra clothes for the kids. However, the lines at the restaurants are incredibly long. If you're going on a weekend or holiday, I recommend bringing a packed lunch!
