We waren te laat voor de reis en ontmoetten de gids op het metrostation van Dazaifu. Het was erg fijn om onze gids, Lina, als begeleider te hebben op deze reis. Ze communiceerde goed, wachtte op ons op het station en begeleidde ons naar de bus. Onderweg gaf de gids uitleg, zodat je informatie kreeg en wist wat je vervolgens moest doen. Het was absoluut een geweldige reis, we gingen naar Beppu en het Yufuin Floral Village, zagen prachtige landschappen en aten wat. Het was tsuyu-seizoen, dus verwacht wat regen tijdens de reis. Wat het tijdschema betreft, alles was op tijd en iedereen was ook op tijd. Over het algemeen, duimen omhoog voor deze reis! 🙌👍👍

If you're going to Beppu, Oita, you absolutely must visit! It's a place where children can learn how fun and joyful the ocean is. It's great because you can see all sorts of marine animals up close, like walruses, dolphins, and stingrays. You can even play in the water at the artificial beach where the dolphins are. Make sure to pack extra clothes for the kids. However, the lines for the restaurants are incredibly long. If you're visiting on a weekend or holiday, I recommend bringing a packed lunch.

Even though it was raining, the overall itinerary was very well managed. We had a mini-bus with two guides: Zhu Zhu, who handled Chinese and Korean, and another male guide who provided explanations and commentary in fluent English. This was my first time on a one-day tour, and I was surprised that the guides even walked with us. Zhu Zhu is an excellent guide; she provided detailed information about restrooms and lunch options and consistently ensured the group stayed together and that everyone was accounted for. The entire trip was very enriching. Although the schedule was a bit tight, there was still enough time even for those who love taking photos. We even received small gifts at the end! Since I was staying in Takachiho, I opted out of the return trip, and Zhu Zhu was very enthusiastic in discussing my drop-off location. I'm so glad I joined this one-day tour, and I highly recommend it!

Het uitzicht is panoramisch 😍 neem het minitreintje, het is best leuk. Op de terugweg moet je letten op een kleine vulkaan, die lijkt op een pudding 🍮 Ning Ning was zo'n lieve en gepassioneerde gids. We houden echt van haar ❤️ zij is degene die de reis geweldig heeft gemaakt.

this tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

We hebben genoten van het bezoek aan zoveel plekken! De chauffeur was erg punctueel en beleefd. Hoewel we niet dezelfde taal spraken, konden we toch communiceren met Google Translate. Het was fijn om een privéauto te hebben en niet met een grote groep te hoeven gaan.

We hadden geluk met het weer. Gids Liu Zhihong (Cico) nam de dag ervoor al contact met ons op via e-mail, omdat wij pas bij de tweede stop, Kumamoto Castle, zouden instappen. Ze bevestigde dat ze ons zou helpen met plaatsen vooraan. Vandaag werden alle vier de talen (Engels, Chinees, Japans en Koreaans) door de twee gidsen gebruikt, en ze legden alles zeer zorgvuldig uit en gaven veel informatie. Bovendien, hoewel we zelf de Aso Boy-trein van Aso terug naar Kumamoto hadden gekocht, was gids Liu erg attent. Ze nam ons tijdens de vrije tijd eerst mee om de dienstregeling te controleren, voordat ze de rest van de groep terugbracht. This was my first time on a one-day tour, and our guide, Thomas (Zheng Ouming), was very friendly and took great care of everyone in the group. The day before, I used WeChat to ask if I could bring my luggage on the bus, and he responded quickly. Although the strawberry season was nearing its end, we still found some super large strawberries. The boat experience on Yanagawa River was highly recommended! The boatman was very entertaining. The unagi (eel) rice at Yanagawa was delicious; I personally loved it. Koiki Shrine was great for photos, with wisteria flowers... 30 minutes might not be enough for those who love taking pictures. Tosu Premium Outlets had many discounts, and if you look carefully, you can find some great value-for-money items. The pick-up location was easy to find. I now have another option for future one-day tours.

The driver drove very smoothly; I could even look at my phone in the car without feeling dizzy. He was also punctual and recommended great places to eat. Most importantly, the driver was tall, young, and very handsome!
