This tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

I was so surprised to see that Kang Chun-hwa, our travel agent, spoke three languages right from the start of our trip. She only told us exactly what we needed to know and let us rest when we needed to, which I really liked. If I go to Fukuoka again, I'd love to travel with Kang Chun-hwa. The Sea Hell and Cauldron Hell were short but perfect for visiting with a child. Moreover, the zoo was surprisingly huge, and I was very satisfied to see the giraffes, tigers, and lions I wanted to see. Yufuin Village felt familiar as I had been there before, but it was a shame it rained. It was my first time visiting Lake Kinrin, and it's a great spot for photos. Kang Chun-hwa, stay healthy!

I highly recommend this tour; it's suitable for both adults and children. The itinerary is excellent and makes good use of time. As someone who always travels independently, my biggest fear with group tours is being pushed into shopping. Our tour guide, Zhu Zhu, made everyone feel very comfortable and at ease during the tour. Her humor helped us understand the surroundings, and she was very thoughtful, paying attention to what the group members were interested in to allocate more time there, and less time where there was less interest, ensuring we all had a great time. Of course, she also recommended places worth visiting and food worth trying, and most importantly, she shared what wasn't worth spending money on, which really showed Zhu Zhu's sincerity. I highly recommend Guide Zhu Zhu, and I hope she leads every future tour I join (a personal wish!). Overall, this tour was fantastic and I loved it! We had fun and enjoyed our shopping too.

From May 20th to 24th, we took a 5-day family trip to Fukuoka. It was originally a trip for sisters, but my two sons insisted on coming along, so it suddenly became a large family trip with a total of seven people. The highlight of this trip was the Yufuin ryokan experience, so going to Yufuin was the primary goal of the tour. We had booked a tour with another travel agency early, but we were notified that the tour was not confirmed seven days before the scheduled date, so we hastily looked for another tour. We went without much prior information, but we were truly amazed by the grandeur of the enormous safari zoo and deeply impressed by the animal care and facility management. Being able to see things from a high vantage point inside the bus was also a big advantage. We were worried about the rain forecast throughout the trip, but thanks to it, the weather was cool, and the animals seemed more active. We also found the subsequent Beppu tour incredibly interesting. Thanks to Guide Tak Yeon-ji, who adjusted our itinerary according to the weather, we were lucky enough to visit both the zoo and the Beppu hot springs smoothly. We are truly grateful to Guide Tak Yeon-ji for helping us take many family photos during the trip. Although the Yufuin train is romantic, with a large family, it was much more efficient to leave our luggage on the bus and follow a well-planned itinerary. As the one who prepared this entire trip, I received a lot of praise. Thank you very much, Guide Tak Yeon-ji. Our lovely and dedicated tour guide explained everything thoroughly and even helped us take photos. We are truly grateful to our guide; they saw our small wish list and diligently helped us fulfill it. This gratitude continues. The itinerary planning was excellent. You must try the local specialties at Beppu Hells! We unexpectedly discovered some delicious food, especially the pudding, which was incredibly tasty. It was our first time experiencing a safari where we drove into the park on a large bus and were observed by the animals. Coupled with the wonderful weather, it was truly fantastic. Online research shows it's the largest zoo in Japan, and driving through it was truly an eye-opener. It's definitely worth a visit. When you're with a tour group, you generally follow the schedule, but if you drive yourself, you could easily spend over 4 hours there, experiencing the awe-inspiring sights. There's still a lot more to explore and many small animals to interact with. Yufuin (Yunohira) was also great for browsing and shopping. We tried all the food recommended by our guide, which are also must-try local delicacies!

Dear kind guide Lee Hyang-yong, thanks to you, we not only had an enjoyable trip but also made wonderful memories. When I booked through Klook, I only hoped it wouldn't rain, but when we started from Hakata Station and you guided us in Korean, I felt so relieved and secure. From the intermittent hot springs of Beppu in Fukuoka, African Safari, to Lake Kinrinko in Yufuin, this bus tour is perfect for a fulfilling day trip, allowing you to travel comfortably and affordably to and from Hakata. The price was great, and traveling by bus meant no driver fatigue, making it a very satisfying trip. 😄😁 Additionally, this was our first time in Japan as a family of three (my husband, son, and I), and when we had an issue with lost property, your proactive help in resolving it truly touched us. I want to express my gratitude, which words in a review cannot fully convey. (End of my genuine, self-funded review)

I visited with my two children, aged 4 and 6 (international age). Our guide, Lee Hyang-yong (female), was excellent in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. She provided many explanations and made the tour very enjoyable. We visited two hell hot springs, and after the kids dipped their feet and ate ice cream, time flew by so quickly that we almost missed our bus, haha. When we went to Yufuin Kinrinko Lake, it rained, which was a bit chaotic... Getting wet made us cold and tired, but I was glad we traveled comfortably by car. Thank you, guide! (The guide was wearing a mask, so her face isn't fully visible, haha).

Guide 'Juju' is perfectly fluent in three languages (Korean, Japanese, Chinese), truly at a native speaker level. This was the first overseas trip for my high school friends, all in our 40s. Perhaps still childlike at heart, we really wanted to go on a safari, so we booked this tour. The first stop, the tranquil atmosphere of Yufuin, was wonderful, and the next stop, the safari, was even more enchanting than expected. The final hot spring course was also perfect. Throughout the tour, the explanations and guidance were flawless. The driver also seemed like a veteran. We had such a great time that we were sad to see it end, and it's a tour I would highly recommend to others. I definitely want to come back next time with my family (especially with my parents for a filial piety trip, it would be even better). We also seemed to have met good companions on the tour. Since our group included people who spoke Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English, we were assigned two guides, and both were truly excellent. Especially 'Juju,' our Korean-speaking guide, who worked so hard to take care of us, despite our immaturity. Thank you for making our first Fukuoka trip so memorable. Guide Lee Hyang-yong is the best! Her Korean explanations were excellent, making the one-day tour very satisfying. She worked so hard, always smiling and taking care of all the bus tourists. She's a guide I'd love to meet again. Yufuin, African Safari, and Beppu Onsen were all wonderful. The Klook one-day tour seems great. If I had researched transportation and traveled individually, it would have been too difficult. Traveling with a Klook tour like this was so comfortable and enjoyable.
