Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they call the customer? I even proactively called the main store, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they didn't. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. The handling attitude was very infuriating and disrespectful. Since this was the inaugural tour, there weren't many members, so we had a private van and had a great time. Although the TSMC Museum wasn't as large as imagined and was actually much smaller than expected, we got to experience VR and a very impressive touch-screen presentation.

This is a great place for relaxation and for athletes to quickly shed water weight. We went at 10 PM, and it was very quiet and the environment was comfortable. The staff was also excellent. Since it was late and the department store was already closed, they even walked us out when we were lost. They were very thoughtful and attentive.
