Hsinchu

Across the street is Qingcao Lake, which is also nice to visit. 😄 The hotel has a heated waterslide pool, 😀 a ball pit, 😄 a kids' play area, ❤️ electric ride-on cars, 😃 and a nude hot spring, among other amenities. 👍 This really feels like a great place for adults to relax and kids to burn off energy. 😍😍😍 I'll let you in on a little secret: 💏 In the morning, there's also a breakfast party where you can take photos with cute mascots! 👏👏👏

This stay at the Hsinchu Howard Plaza Hotel included a room upgrade, offering a small living room, a refrigerator, and a microwave, making the space much larger. We arrived before 3 PM, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to go out and walk around, waiting to check in after 4 PM. Although the hotel has facilities like a pool and a gym, we couldn't use them before checking in, which was a bit of a shame.

Amazing! The room was much more spacious than I expected, with a clean and minimalist design. The entire sofa set was very relaxing! The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me carry my luggage upstairs! Breakfast: The taste was good, but unfortunately, there were limited options. Hotel location: In the bustling district! Cleanliness: The room was very clean, which is commendable!

Staying here again, I noticed the hotel's new renovations and ongoing improvements, which are commendable! From Hsinchu Train Station, go straight on Zhongzheng Road for about 6 minutes, pass the roundabout, and continue straight. When you see Zhongyang Road, turn right, and you've arrived. The location is superb! If you turn right and go straight on Zhongyang Road, which is right in front of the hotel, you can reach Hsinchu BigCity and Far Eastern SOGO. If you turn left and go straight, you can get to Dongmen Market, Central Market, and the bustling Hsinchu City God Temple commercial district. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, enjoying traditional famous snacks, and shopping. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a washlet toilet, a separate shower and bathtub with safety grab bars, and eye-friendly reading lights on both sides of the bed. The bed and pillows are clean and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room was very spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, there aren't many attractions nearby, so it's not ideal for a two-day visit. Guests receive a discount at the buffet, and breakfast the next day is served at the same restaurant (though the menu is quite different, of course). Both meals were delicious and very filling. There's Central Park nearby for walks and some evening activities. The in-room TV offers movies, but there's no internet connection.

Service: The overall service quality was good. Even when we encountered a leaking toilet, the hotel was able to resolve the issue promptly and with a proactive, responsible attitude, which made us feel that they value the customer experience. We would be willing to stay here again in the future.

This stay in the double room with a bathtub was quite good. The room was very clean, and the lobby downstairs offered various bath oils and salts, which made for a very relaxing soak upstairs. The hotel staff were also very pleasant, and the location near Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple was quite convenient.

Hotel Location: The hotel is located right near the interchange, making it very convenient to get on and off the highway by car. Transportation Convenience: Suitable for those traveling by car, it's on the other side of National Tsing Hua University. You'll need to walk about 1.5-2 kilometers to reach areas with good amenities. Cleanliness: Excellent. Breakfast: The selection is somewhat unique but overall quite varied, and the taste is good. The hotel layout is long and narrow, and the rooms are very small. The underground parking lot is large, but the parking spaces are marked out very small. Overall, it's a good option, more suitable for business travelers driving for a simple stay.

Tot i que el viatge va ser llarg i accidentat, el guia Qiangqiang va fer una feina increïble durant aquests dos dies, no només acompanyant-nos en les nostres excursions de muntanya, sinó també conduint-nos durant hores de tornada a Taipei! La dificultat de la caminada no és alta, així que és un itinerari molt amigable per als principiants que els agrada explorar la natura. Tot i que no vam veure els cirerers en plena floració, el paisatge al llarg del camí va valdre la pena. Submergits en les muntanyes que envolten Smangus, aquest poble de la tribu Atayal, situat a les profunditats de les muntanyes, té la seva pròpia cultura i estil de vida, oferint una puresa i tranquil·litat que no es troba a la ciutat. Em va impressionar veure els nens de l'escola primària de Xinguang anant en bicicleta pels petits camins. L'àvia de la casa d'hostes Yaya ens va tractar com si fóssim els seus propis néts, recordant-nos constantment que feia fred a la muntanya i que havíem de menjar bé, i fins i tot ens va oferir més menjar. Aquesta calidesa humana va ser molt reconfortant. És un viatge al qual voldria tornar, molt recomanable!
