Great! I came at 9 PM on a weekday evening this time, and there weren't many people, so I was able to relax completely. I experienced the 3-hour package, and the environment was very comfortable. In the future, if I come to Hsinchu, I might consider the 12-hour package and use it as an overnight stay! The sleeping area also felt very comfortable! I'll definitely visit again!

The therapists here are very professional, and they can pinpoint your discomfort and offer advice on simple ways to alleviate it. I really love the environment and atmosphere here. After my session today, I feel incredibly relaxed. I will definitely come back to this place to unwind again.

Honestly, the price of this place, combined with the convenience and value for money offered through the Klook platform, is great! [Pre-booking: 1/5] The system management and customer service communication experience were extremely poor. After making the bank transfer, I replied with the last five digits of my account as required, but still received a system message stating, "Your reservation will be canceled if payment is not received." When I proactively reached out, the customer service representative not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was canceled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they have called me? I even called the main store myself, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they never did. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. Their handling of the situation was infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would have definitely asked for a refund and not gone! [On-site Experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit aloof, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't offer immediate assistance, so I wasn't sure who they were talking to. In fact, another group of customers helped me. The crafting process was fun and simple, and there were even snacks provided afterward. The indoor area had a lot of dust, which allergy sufferers should be aware of. [After-sales Service: 5/5] Later, I discovered that due to the ring's design, the finished ring size would be a bit large. It could be resized for free within 7 days, and the on-site staff were professional and friendly.

Er zijn veel auto's om uit te kiezen, maar er is slechts één medewerker. Als het druk is, moet je geduld hebben. Hoewel de auto's bij het ophalen worden gecontroleerd, was de onze na 2 minuten leeg. De medewerker heeft ons geholpen door een andere auto te geven en de tijd opnieuw in te stellen. Naast het plein beneden, kun je ook naar het plein voor de bibliotheek rijden, zodat kinderen kunnen ervaren hoe het is om te rijden. Sommige auto's zijn ook geschikt voor volwassenen (maar papa zei dat zijn knieën enorm veel pijn deden, alleen de kleine mama paste erin). De ervaring was eigenlijk geweldig, dus waarom vier sterren? Voornamelijk vanwege de prijs. Het is iets duurder dan vergelijkbare diensten elders, en de groene auto rijdt eigenlijk geen 30 minuten; sommige snellere modellen kunnen maar 25 minuten rijden.

Across the street is Qingcao Lake, which is also nice to visit. 😄 The hotel has a heated waterslide pool, 😀 a ball pit, 😄 a kids' play area, ❤️ electric ride-on cars, 😃 and a nude hot spring, among other amenities. 👍 This really feels like a great place for adults to relax and kids to burn off energy. 😍😍😍 I'll let you in on a little secret: 💏 In the morning, there's also a breakfast party where you can take photos with cute mascots! 👏👏👏

This stay at the Hsinchu Howard Plaza Hotel included a room upgrade, offering a small living room, a refrigerator, and a microwave, making the space much larger. We arrived before 3 PM, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to go out and walk around, waiting to check in after 4 PM. Although the hotel has facilities like a pool and a gym, we couldn't use them before checking in, which was a bit of a shame.

Amazing! The room was much more spacious than I expected, with a clean and minimalist design. The entire sofa set was very relaxing! The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me carry my luggage upstairs! Breakfast: The taste was good, but unfortunately, there were limited options. Hotel location: In the bustling district! Cleanliness: The room was very clean, which is commendable!

Staying here again, I noticed the hotel's new renovations and ongoing improvements, which are commendable! From Hsinchu Train Station, go straight on Zhongzheng Road for about 6 minutes, pass the roundabout, and continue straight. When you see Zhongyang Road, turn right, and you've arrived. The location is superb! If you turn right and go straight on Zhongyang Road, which is right in front of the hotel, you can reach Hsinchu BigCity and Far Eastern SOGO. If you turn left and go straight, you can get to Dongmen Market, Central Market, and the bustling Hsinchu City God Temple commercial district. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, enjoying traditional famous snacks, and shopping. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a washlet toilet, a separate shower and bathtub with safety grab bars, and eye-friendly reading lights on both sides of the bed. The bed and pillows are clean and soft, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room was very spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, there aren't many attractions nearby, so it's not ideal for a two-day visit. Guests receive a discount at the buffet, and breakfast the next day is served at the same restaurant (though the menu is quite different, of course). Both meals were delicious and very filling. There's Central Park nearby for walks and some evening activities. The in-room TV offers movies, but there's no internet connection.
