Alleenstaand verblijf

The place was clean and the staff were very respectful. Instead of common cards, the hotel uses an electronic system with buttons to set the "Do not disturb" or "please clean" status. The room's cleaning system requires the card to be always inserted to the electricity slot, otherwise the DND sign turns off and the staff will not understand it. I suggest receiving 2 room keycards to deal with this issue. Otherwise, it's a very clean hotel in a busy area with lots of shops and good access to tourism areas.

Everything especially the staff. The oarking lady was very helpful helping me call someone to pick up my water bottle carelessly dropped at the bottom of the parking. Thr breakfast was great and had a wide variety of food. They even had the celery juice I carve for.

Great service with friendly staffs. Convenient location, easy access to Big City shopping mall where provides free shuttle bus to the train station. Room was spacious and clean. No washcloth for shower and no hair conditioner provided.

- Lakeshore Hotel Sustainability Initiative. We will no longer provide disposable toiletries or skincare items.

- Limited quantity of onsite mechanical parking on the first come first served basis. The maximum height for vehicles entering the onsite parking lots is 170 cm. You may be guided to off-site parking lots which are 7-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel in case the onsite parking lots are not available. In addition, there might be queues of vehicles in shopping malls during holidays. Please drive along the outer road and follow the traffic to the main entrance of the hotel.

- To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area , all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms or on balconies.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.

- Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or other indoor public areas of the hotel. Should a pet be found in a guest room, a NT$6,000 cleaning fee will be applied to cover the cost of a full sanitation process. The hotel also reserves the right to charge additional fees for any damages caused.
