Hotel is right next to the airport, less than 5mins walk after exiting the departure hall! Really convenient after a flight. Hotel is clean and modern.

Apartments Zijingang... We loved our stay! The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Exit D of Sanba Station, making it easy to reach if you're arriving from Hangzhou West High-Speed Railway Station. Our beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's rest. There's a McDonald's right in front of the hotel.

Wonderful experience at Mumian Hangzhou. their staff are super helpful and attentive, me and my mom had a number of parcels to collect as well as lost items at the previous hotel. Yuri, Anna and Yolo actively helped us to contact the previous hotel staff and the parcel delivery men. Yuri was very nice and added my contact so that I can get the latest update from the delivery guy. the hotel room was also perfect, really clean and nice. the room is rather spacious for 2 person, and opening 3 luagges was no problem. I really liked the design of the hotel. and it’s linked to the shopping mall, so you can access it when there’s a heavy rain. also the didi ride to airport took about 30 mins so it’s really good. overall super recommended and I’ll definitely comeback to stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou.

Yesterday's tour experience was fantastic! A special thanks to our guide, Xiao Xin, who explained everything in great detail and with such vividness, and was incredibly patient throughout. We loved every attraction she took us to, and she even helped us take many beautiful photos. She truly helped us understand Hangzhou better and left us with wonderful memories. Thank you so much for the thoughtful arrangements and companionship yesterday!

Would recommend a short guided tour for your first trip to West Lake as the area is huge and there were many many different boating services and islands to explore. Overall, quite a good time island hopping and viewing cultural exhibits at each place. We went in the morning and unfortunately due to the rain, it was slightly foggy. We enjoyed the guided tour nevertheless!

The night before, the itinerary and meeting point were carefully confirmed. I saw a long line, and after meeting our guide, Xiao Mei, we were able to board the boat immediately, which was very friendly for children who don't like to wait. Once on board, we were provided with cooling wet wipes and fans as we began our lake tour. The weather was just right, not too hot, and the lake scenery was beautiful and romantic. I highly recommend our guide, Xiao Mei; her communication and responses were very professional. If any friends plan to visit, I will strongly recommend Xiao Mei.
