This place is so beautiful, we visited Dongzha and Xizha. My favorite place is Xizha. It's hot during the day, but you will see a lot of beautiful scenery. Our guide is wonderful; she explained the history of this place to us. It's a must-visit place.
Although the guide couldn't speak English at all, we were able to get directions to the meeting point and schedule without any problems using WeChat's translation function. We first saw Dongzha, then Xizha, and even though it was September, it was very hot. It would have been better to take the cruise later. The night view of Xizha was incredibly beautiful, and the fountain show and garden tour were fantastic.
It was a wonderful bus tour and our guide was very accommodating, even though I don't speak Chinese she was paying attention to me so that I don't get lost in the crowd as it was national day holiday. I had good experience with the guide and group. The itinerary was perfect covering all the mentioned places. Definitely recommended!
The tour guide's grasp of the group seemed a bit lacking, possibly due to some members being difficult to coordinate with, which led to people being late or getting lost immediately after getting off the bus. Personally, I think the evenings in Xizha are truly beautiful. During the day, it might be better to find a shop to sit in and wait for nightfall. Overall, it was very comfortable.
The itinerary was well-arranged and smooth, the lunch was abundant, and the seating was appropriately assigned! Tour guide Liu was very professional, explaining the history and scenic spots clearly. If there's an opportunity, I would gladly join a tour led by Guide Liu again 😊
Our tour was led by tour guide Xiaoyang, and the itinerary was exceptionally well-arranged. Besides diligently introducing the entire tour and the historical artifacts of Dongzha, the guide also took great care of everyone. It was a very pleasant day with excellent weather. We rode the bus, listened to explanations, glided on small boats, and admired the beautiful night scenery of Xizha, which was incredibly relaxing. Finally, we returned home safely. This is a highly recommended itinerary, and we recommend tour guide Xiaoyang! 👍👍
positives: Guide communication, pickup near hotel to meeting point and Bluetooth earpiece price included for Wuzhen. Guide is experienced in leading groups to Wuzhen but the group is rather big. After lunch group split and we travelled to Nanxun where we walked along the old township and rode a boat at night back to entrance. returned back to Hangzhou nearly 9pm

The weather was extremely hot on the day of the one-day tour. We arrived earlier than the meeting time, but several groups of participants failed to arrive on time, delaying the itinerary. The tour bus was generally clean, but before reaching the scenic spot, it had to stop at two hotels to arrange check-in for tourists on a two-day tour, again wasting other participants' time. Upon arriving at Dongzha, we had 1 hour for a guided tour and another 45 minutes of free time, which was truly insufficient to appreciate the most original beautiful scenery. We rushed to Xizha at 3 PM. After the guide explained the map, we were arranged to take a boat tour at our own expense, and then dismissed until 8 PM for free activities, after which we took the tour bus back to Shanghai. The time allocation could have been much better. The return tour bus was incredible; it was so cramped that we couldn't even place our feet properly. We were arranged to sit in the first two seats of the small tour bus. The first was next to the driver, facing the front window. It was inappropriate and somewhat dangerous for participants to sit there for a two-hour journey on the highway. The second seat was also not a regular passenger seat, making it impossible to comfortably place our feet; please see the attached photo. The tour bus even had a water leak, making the entire two-hour journey truly uncomfortable! In summary, this place is worth visiting, but the supplier's arrangements were quite poor. We hope Klook can respond to this.
