One of the best ways to experience both Chinese cuisine and traditional performance in China. There was a hiccup when we arrived despite making prior reservations, however we managed to get dressed and had makeup done in time for the first course of the dinner. My advice is to prepay for the costume and makeup as it costs more when paying upon arrival. The food was delicious and portions were great, the performance was entertaining and we had a good time.
It was indeed an amazing experience. We were told to arrive At 5 pm for make-up and dress up before dinner at 7 pm. The selection of Hanfu was really extensive and the make-up was very professional. Beside the dining hall, there were several photo spots for us to take photo in the Hanfu before the dinner. For those who can’t take beef/seafood, vegetarian option is available. Otherwise dishes are fixed and they can’t accommodate to non-spicy. Highly recommended!

Professionelle Fotografie ist im Vergleich zu anderen Orten teuer – für jedes zusätzliche Foto, das Sie kaufen (200 ¥ pro retuschiertem Foto – ich habe am Ende 260 AU$ für 8 Fotos ausgegeben und freue mich darauf, sie in einer Woche zu erhalten). Essen und Vorstellung waren angenehm. Insgesamt war ich von 10 bis 14 Uhr dort für Verkleidung, Fotos und Essen.

Extremadamente divertido con los disfraces, jugando a juegos de antaño con billetes antiguos. La cena también estuvo deliciosa. Definitivamente deberían probar los disfraces y la sesión de fotos.
A very special experience, the whole family had a great time. The food quality was very high, every dish was a gourmet delight! The only issue was that our view was a bit obstructed from our seats. It improved after we changed seats, but it was very hot, and I paid for VIP tickets but ended up in the third row, which felt like I overpaid a bit.
It's quite special, I'd like to come again. I just hope the restrooms could be cleaner, the air conditioning could be turned up a bit, and the seating could be tiered so the second row can also see.
The makeup was meticulous, the headwear was grand, and the food was exquisite; it was just that the seating area was hot.
