This was my first time booking a hotel with Klook, and the experience was terrible. I placed an order online, and then received an email saying there were no rooms available, and I had to pay extra to upgrade from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room. Although it was only an additional HKD 100, which wasn't a big deal, it was still a hassle. It involved several email exchanges and I had to go online again to pay the difference. When I arrived at the hotel, both rooms I booked online were supposed to be king-sized beds. However, the hotel said Klook didn't specify this in the order, and only twin beds were available. They told me to contact Klook customer service, and after half an hour, there was still no resolution. I had no choice but to accept the twin-bedded room. Ultimately, I'm still not sure if I stayed in a Superior Room or a Deluxe Room. Firstly, the process was troublesome; if I hadn't checked my email, customer service wouldn't have been able to notify me, and I wouldn't have had a room. Secondly, the product didn't match the description; I booked a king-sized bed, but customer service didn't place the order correctly for me. It really proves that you get what you pay for. A waste of time, and my confidence has greatly diminished!

The room handover was completely out of control. We couldn't get into the room until dusk. The hygiene was sloppy, the toilet tank was leaking, and when I wiped the table with a disinfectant wipe, there were black stains. The pillows were too soft, and I woke up with a stiff neck. Although a technician was called to fix the air conditioning, it was stuck at 24 degrees and couldn't be adjusted at all; it even turned off automatically at night. The breakfast seemed to have many choices, but they were all made with cheap ingredients and poorly cooked. Nothing stood out, and there were only one or two types of fruit, not even watermelon! In a word: terrible!
