滿分之旅！雖然酒店位處金灣區較偏遠，但無敵海景真係好靚，尤其日落時份，沿住海傍長廊散步勁舒服！酒店免費升級為海景房，露台欣賞海景一流，連浸浴都可以睇住海景，真心驚喜！留意住兩晚的話，雪櫃內附送的飲品要飲咗先會添加番，毛巾&沐浴用品則會換新的。我選的是一間兩晚，一個價錢包兩天早餐&一套$200的膳食，當lunch/dinner絕對夠飽，園區內亦有其他餐廳可選，也有便利店可買唔同食物，食方面唔難解決。住宿套餐包埋玩，可透過人面識別無限次去神秘島，有機動遊戲、5D電影院、卡丁車等，估唔到更有玩雪館，天氣炎熱俾¥20入去當避暑都抵！無動力樂園都好多嘢玩，只係太陽勁曬勁熱所以無乜點玩，秋冬季節可能較適合。萌寵樂園啲動物幾得意，有啲可以抱同摸，第一次見雀仔孵化、趕豬仔，特別體驗！夏天去必定要玩水，加勒比水樂園&酒店泳池都唔錯，人多就無可避免，有心理準備。因天氣熱，所以無浸到溫泉評價唔到，但經過入去溫泉中心都覺得幾具規模。酒店有playroom，亦有手工製作工作坊，小朋友都好享受。漁人碼頭的夢幻劇場較適合中年人，因為係以香港懷舊金曲為主題，小朋友未必投入到。酒店有電瓶車代步，7-10分鐘一班，但就算步行都好快去到唔同設施。整體面言各方面都做得唔錯，員工親切樂助，輕鬆去玩去hea的話一流。

我想特別表揚酒店的客服「斯斯」，我昨天來到珠海的時候一直暴雨狀態，全天都沒有停過雨，我本來買了神秘島樂園套票，因下雨所有戶外活動都未能夠玩樂，所以我向酒店那邊要求轉為溫泉套票，由於我的普通話不太好，幸好「斯斯」幫我處理和跟進了，真的非常感激！而且後台微信客服的服務也非常有效率，我需要兒童用品3分鐘便送來了！今天7月30日，前台有4-5個都是女職員，她們都很她服務，雖然不知道她們什麼名字，但是都想讚揚她們！另外原來的司機全部都非常好，班次很密幾分鐘便來一架車，所有司機都非常有禮，而且他們都很主動地問我們想去哪兒，而且我們不熟悉這個地方，他都很主動和耐性地向我們分享講解！希望酒店管理層都可以獎賞一下這班司機，的確都很好！另外酒店的早餐非常豐富，而且食物很多也很新鮮，款式種類多到好像吃午餐一樣，確實是性價比高！

預訂後好快確認，房間空間足夠，已經有兒童備品。枕頭和床承托力足，瞓得好。房門外放了一個帳篷有點搞笑，其實放房內會好啲，因為唔想細路在門外玩家長又睇唔到佢。另外酒店無洗衣設備。大堂旁邊遊戲室大家留意波波池不算太乾淨，細路周圍拋波出去，職員都係就咁執返落去個池。 溫泉、戶外樂園、萌寵都要刷臉才能進入，在大堂可以辦理。車牌也可以錄入。 出酒店大堂左邊落樓梯，步行不遠就到溫泉區。天氣熱我們都係玩下水就算。 戶外樂園入門右邊有適合小童遊樂區，但1米以下大部分都玩唔到。今次無去玩水區和無動力區，因為太熱。 酒店叫外賣可以送到大堂自提，要預1小時左右才能送到，最好玩完回程落單就差唔多。

訂的是klook親子房，但床單咩都冇鋪，成間房得牆上一隻美羊羊相片，基本就係豪華房。酒店前台話klook嘅親子房圖片是錯的，如果要鋪床單嘅叫主題套房，所以訂左klook親子房嘅要有心理準備同豪華房差唔多。我哋唔接受，最終交涉幾次先肯俾番有鋪公仔床單嘅房我地。事前電郵酒店講要慶祝生日，酒店話冇收到電郵咩都冇準備，後尾先補番個蛋糕。 三日兩夜體驗感一般般，劇場是岩老人家聽，酒店衛生一般，廁所有霉，浸溫泉可以，場地都幾大，但有點偏殘舊。而遊樂場設施也算可以，人少，不過再大一點的小朋友會覺得悶，適合低齡。萌寵樂園睇小動物就有點樂趣，但場地細好快行完。感覺這間酒店定位是浸溫泉，聽粵語歌的快閃旅行團或兩日一夜遊。若果帶小朋友的就不太推薦，地方偏遠，叫車難又貴，食野也是不方便，係餐廳食價錢偏貴。下次不會再來，不太值得。

We arrived at the hotel at 9 PM that day, and the lobby manager quickly arranged our check-in. Auntie A1093 was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have mainland China phone numbers, so we couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. She helped us by using her phone to receive verification codes, connecting all five of our phones to the Wi-Fi. The breakfast had many options and tasted good, and the hygiene was excellent. The hotel's shower gel and shampoo were also good. The infinity pool was beautiful and perfect for photos. The facilities at Mysterious Island were a bit old, but the room price included many games. The hygiene at Mysterious Island's water park was very average, and surprisingly, the two most thrilling slides required a height of 150cm to ride. The children had ridden the colorful slides at Ocean Park last year but couldn't ride them here. On the second night, Manager Cao and Supervisor Huang personally delivered a fruit platter to our room and asked for our feedback on the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to visit the Pet Paradise. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would visit again if we have the chance.

The hotel is very good and new, perfect for families with children. The only drawback is its remote location, about an hour's drive from the city center. I'd like to share an incident that happened beforehand. My child fell ill and couldn't travel as planned. Five days prior, I contacted Klook customer service to request a transfer to a family member. I also called the hotel, and they confirmed that a name change was fine. At the same time, I provided the child's hospitalization certificate as requested by Klook. After constant prompting, I finally received notification that the transfer was approved on the evening before check-in. Klook really could do better...

Booked the hotel around 10 PM the night before departure, and received Klook's order confirmation before 9 AM the next morning. Very efficient! 👍 We booked a double room + breakfast + Mysterious Island. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to a Family Fun Room, which had a bathtub, a balcony, and even a clothes drying rack. We returned to the hotel at 9 PM and found that the hotel had sent us fruit. 😁 Mysterious Island is a bit old, but it has a water park inside, which is quite suitable for children. The Pet Paradise is also good; the children had a great time feeding the animals. There's also a stable where you can ride and feed horses.

The Zhuhai Sail Hotel boasts a beautiful environment, brand new facilities, and clean, tidy rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are warm and friendly. Special thanks go to floor supervisor Sister Li (employee ID A1196) and the front desk staff who proactively helped us change rooms when we encountered issues with room odor and hot water. The only minor drawback is that the hotel could proactively provide more information about the park's facilities, such as restaurant operating hours, especially given the limited dining options within the park. Knowing this in advance would help guests better plan their itinerary. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, and I recommend it to friends planning a trip to Zhuhai.

This was our third stay. We were familiar with most of the procedures, so check-in was very quick and efficient. The only downside was that Klook didn't clearly state that the extra charge for children was only for [one day] and not for the three days and two nights included in the package. We ended up paying an additional ¥300, so everyone please be aware‼️. This time, four families stayed together. Although we were arranged on the same floor, we were in different sections. The two sections were not very close, requiring about a 5-minute walk. Everything else was very satisfactory, and we look forward to coming again next time! 👍👍
