整潔度：整體清潔 服務：4月5日下午4pm到,服務員告知5pm才有房,取房嘅時候發現有煙味,詢問之下服務員給我們轉房間,但需要多等20分鐘,過程都非常有禮貌, 新房間也提供空氣清新機，見房間有usb插蘇頭讚!。到6號晚詢問服務員7號退房早上可否延遲退房,爽快給我們安排了兩點退房。 早餐：6號早上人多,場地轉換,想不到的事食物種類繁多而且不斷補給沒有不夠,值得一讚,第二天早上人較少,食物種類也沒有減少,廚房廚師也很有禮貌熱誠主動詢問需要煮麵否.食物味道也非常好 酒店地點：雖然從珠海口岸打車內需要50分鐘左右,但係值得,網平介紹日落美景,可惜這幾天氣較多雨,有待下次再來,享受有室內及室外溫泉,神秘島嘅機動遊戲,萌寵樂園嘅可愛小動物,，漁人碼頭的休閒咖啡室，酒店海邊騎單車欣賞沿途風景。 這兒有著能滿足小孩、情侶、夫婦、長者各項放電打卡悠閒快慢活動，有機會會和朋友再來，感謝

酒店雖然有點舊，但整潔舒適，房間有露台空間感十足。港珠澳大橋口岸有中旅巴士到渡假區，只是班次較少，若打車一個小時內可到。酒店距離溫泉非常近，步行5分鐘可到，晚上看表演的會場也只是8分鐘路程。園區內有中式餐廳、火鍋、麵館、便利店 非常方便。神秘島樂園雖然有點舊，但足夠讓小孩玩上半天。這價錢包酒店住宿早餐、樂園門票、溫泉、歌唱表演性價比高。

First, remember that Metropark International Hotel is the same as Uranus Hotel! I saw some reviews saying this hotel was a bit old. Upon arrival, I didn't find it old at all; instead, it was very comfortable and clean. The location is much more convenient than the Sail Hotel. I walked through the lobby and reached the hot spring area in five minutes. After the New Year's Eve countdown at Mysterious Island, all guests from Sail Hotel had to wait for multiple hotel shuttles because of the distance between the island and their hotel. However, guests staying at Metropark Uranus Hotel only needed to walk five minutes back to the hotel, without having to wait idly for a shuttle on the street. I booked the evening buffet, which was on the 2nd floor of the hot spring area. Considering the price I paid for the hotel, having such a buffet dinner was excellent and very satisfying. One shouldn't expect to eat abalone when paying less. That's an unfair comparison. The hotel staff were also very helpful when I bought the wrong bus ticket back to Zhuhai Port. I am truly satisfied with this hotel; this is not a draft. Note: If you miss the CTS bus to Ocean Spring Resort, do not take a taxi, as it will cost over 200 RMB. At the Zhuhai Artificial Island exit, someone will approach you to offer a ride to Ocean Spring Resort. I negotiated, and finally paid 160 RMB, including highway tolls, to get to Ocean Spring Resort. We arrived within an hour. Also, be careful, as Metropark International Hotel is actually Uranus Hotel. Tell the driver "Uranus Hotel" because there are no signs for Metropark International Hotel within the hot spring resort, only for Uranus Hotel. I went to a noodle shop in the mall for lunch, and it was delicious and inexpensive! Superb! The hot spring area is much larger than Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring, and it also has an infinity hot spring and a Dead Sea floating hot spring, which is great! For the fish pedicure, I found the fish to be quite large, which made me a little scared, and there were dead fish in the pond, which was a bit nauseating, haha! But overall, I much prefer Ocean Spring Resort's hot springs!

I occasionally saw that Klook had a Christmas booking offer for Ocean Spring Resort with no surcharge. Upon checking, I also found a special price for seniors. The package included a buffet breakfast and dinner, so I immediately booked two rooms to celebrate my aunt's birthday. The hotel's decor is luxurious, showing its past glory, though the rooms are a bit old, with stains on the doors and carpets. The lobby and corridors were relatively clean. The hot springs were quite good, with many pools of various sizes. The staff were very polite and proactive in greeting guests, which is commendable. The buffet dinner was on the second floor of the hot springs building, offering both Chinese and Western dishes. Since there weren't too many people, it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was at the Western restaurant, and sitting by the window offered a sea view, which was excellent. The food was surprisingly good. Overall, the package was great value and worth revisiting.

The hotel service was excellent. We specifically wanted our children to ride horses, but the weather was unstable. At breakfast, we found Manager Cui who helped us successfully book the horse riding. The ducklings in the petting zoo were greedy and circled around us, which was very amusing. From the manager down to the cleaning staff, everyone greeted us warmly. Compared to the hot spring hotel, this one felt more welcoming. The buffet breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and it was even more abundant than during the Lunar New Year!

好好的體驗，套票全包好抵玩，全個度假區的職員都能講廣東話，服務親切欣勤有禮貼心，房間傳統但好乾淨企理，景觀好正又舒服，但風筒好弱，接駁車安排好好，農曆新年節目豐富無冷場氣氛好好，表演好精彩，仲有煙花舞獅，早餐改享function room唔迫好舒適，食物選擇少味道尚算ok夠飽肚，溫泉好玩，個無邊際溫泉好正，靚景，吹住海風溫泉好正，神秘島加左Larva樂園，又新又好玩，不過小朋友under100cm大部份機動遊戲都唔玩得，有d失望

Super fun! This is my second visit. Last time was summer, this time winter – two different experiences. The staff are polite, proactive, and helpful. I will definitely come again. The most recommended is the non-powered amusement park inside Mystery Island. You can play all day, it's so much fun, and adults can join in too!

酒店服務人員態度都好好，房間也夠大，有一個望海的大露台，雖然有少少舊，但乾淨衛生，也很舒服！溫泉好大好靚，亦都有嘗試魚療，小朋友最喜歡小矮人萌寵樂園，但動物不是特別多，感覺深圳的wowo好玩一些，騎馬體驗特別好，教練好有耐心，神秘島太舊了，只是開電瓶車轉了一下，沒有玩！餐飲差一些，可選擇的不是很多！比較起來還是喜歡御溫泉多一些！
