The front desk lady speaks Cantonese, is very kind and polite, always answers questions with a smile. The room is large and clean, with complete facilities. The buffet dinner is excellent with lots of fresh, sweet and delicious seafood, as well as various other delicacies, and cocktails, red wine, and white wine. The buffet breakfast is also excellent with many different types of food. It offers great value for money, and I would consider buying a package to stay here again if I have the chance.

The front desk upgraded me to a junior suite. The room was very spacious and had a TV lounge area. The package included breakfast and dinner. As our check-in day was a public holiday in lieu, the buffet dinner was replaced with a Western set meal, which was acceptable.

USB charging ports are only available next to the bed. The overall layout retains the previous generation's design, which is old but tidy. There is no smart assistant, and it seems there are no food delivery robots. If you don't mind these points, it's still a good choice. This booking included a dinner for two, but unfortunately, the food was mediocre. There are more and better dining options in the large shopping mall. The buffet breakfast performed as expected, and the latte coffee was quite good.

At this price, I personally feel it's excellent value, and most importantly, it includes breakfast for two. IHG hotels always guarantee a good breakfast. The staff knew it was our 9th wedding anniversary and even helped decorate and upgrade our room. Our family of four was very happy.

The rooms are large, 40 square meters, the beds are comfortable, and the Chinese food is delicious. For dinner, we had a semi-buffet seafood hot pot, and the food and service were excellent, offering great value for money.
