Perhaps it's because many families with children visit during the summer. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, and the playhouse is downstairs. You can go ice skating just across the street. Even if it rains these few days, there's no need to worry. Also, across from the hotel is a large shopping mall where you can shop and eat. The children had a great time, and I will buy tickets from Klook again next time.

The hotel is super big, and the staff service is excellent. They proactively introduced the hotel's different facilities. The room is also very spacious. The two playgrounds weren't as huge as I imagined, but I still ended up breathless chasing the kids around. Since I visited during the off-peak season on a weekday, all the timed play facilities became unlimited, which made playing extra fun and satisfying! The hotel's breakfast buffet was average; perhaps due to fewer people, they offered fewer choices. However, the dinner buffet, which I had no expectations for, was a pleasant surprise. Although I don't eat much seafood, there were various freshly grilled meats, like lamb chops, and the taste was quite good 👍🏻. A warm reminder for families with children: remember to bring medicine for mosquito bites and insect stings. The Shangdu shopping mall is right opposite the hotel, so there are many dining options if you don't eat at the hotel buffet.

From Zhuhai to the hotel, we rented a car for RMB 260, and the return trip was also RMB 260. It accommodated 6 adults, 5 children, and luggage. We also bought a large and a small ticket for two days of unlimited play for RMB 399. If you only buy an adult ticket, it's RMB 222. The hotel is opposite a large shopping mall, so dining and shopping are hassle-free. If it rains, remember to bring an umbrella, as it's an open-air walk. If you have birthday decorations, you can send them to the front desk in advance, but they will ultimately be sent to the hotel's honeycomb self-pickup locker. The supermarket charges a maximum of RMB 3, which is very convenient. If you tell the hotel via WeChat that you're celebrating a birthday, they will provide a cake and some balloons for decoration on the bed. Also, please note that when buying Golden Bus tickets at the self-service machine in Hong Kong, children must use a child Octopus card, and it can only be tapped once. If you try to buy another child ticket, it won't be allowed. If you can't buy tickets, go to the manual ticket counter.

This is suitable for a family to visit for three days and two nights. You can play in the snow, enjoy the Playhouse, and there's a wetland park across the street for a stroll. Just across the road is a large shopping mall (Huafa Shangdu) with many restaurant choices, so you won't have to worry about finding good food. Breakfast is plentiful; it's best to go early to avoid the crowds, as it gets very busy from 9 AM. The dinner buffet offers cold seafood and hot pot, and the taste is decent, but eating the buffet means less time for other activities. If you want more time to play, you can eat at the mall across the street, or ordering takeout via Meituan would be more convenient.

Buying tickets on Klook is always cheap, good, and fast. The hotel is very new and spacious, with sensor lights, automatic curtains, and an infinity heated pool perfect for photos. Going on weekdays is best as there are fewer people; it was relatively busier on Saturday, our departure day. Two days of unlimited play, with 7 VR games, driving, ball pit, coarse sand pit, goldfish scooping, bowling, bumper cars... The downside is that the air conditioning in the children's play area isn't very strong, so kids get sweaty, and it's recommended to wear non-slip socks as it can be quite slippery. The ice and snow park is large and has ice skating ⛸️, snow drifting, ice driving, ice slides... it's not too cold.

The new hotel, which officially opened at the end of January 2024, is very large and decorated in an old-fashioned, luxurious style. The lobby uses imported marble, and the rooms and bathrooms are equipped with Japanese TOTO sanitary ware. We paid an extra ¥200 to upgrade to a family room during check-in. Breakfast only runs until 9:30 AM: We were seated at 9:00 AM, and at 9:20 AM, an announcement informed us that only 10 minutes of breakfast time remained 😑, but they had already started clearing the food 🥘. The Snow Sports City facilities are decent, and the advantage is that it's not crowded even on Sundays. The Children's Play City is great fun; both our 3-year-old and 8-year-old children enjoyed it so much they didn't want to leave 😊

如果唔係一定要於通公仔或追求房空間感，小廁所，腳踏小牙刷果啲，自助早餐呀咁（叫有野落肚😏），真係可以唔駛住呢度都得。酒店泊車係free不論妳係咪入住行過都泊得。佢既冰雪城同兒童遊樂城喺大衆買票都係400港紙就有齊兩個遊樂場既雙人票因為買一送一。個遊樂城好玩既～好大～碰碰車排完又排玩左好多轉，星期日下午打後同星期一都唔多人，就算要排隊都好快到，有見某啲留言話衛生好麻麻，酒店房合格，我都抱住搏一搏既心態，遊樂場個釣魚池就真係污糟到不堪入目，好心掉左佢，其他遊戲機果啲都OK~波波池同沙池好大亦乾淨，見到有lego枱同動力沙玩，不過我地無玩唔清楚，主力玩刺激，爸爸玩VR都覺得唔錯，第二日去冰雪城就失望左啲，呢邊比較舊，佢有冰上單車但呢個場太細其實好好玩可以飄移，我地唔識溜冰，個溜冰場就好大，識玩一定好正，好多遊戲機任玩。同埋一啲都唔凍，小朋友一件薄外套就ok,男人T stirt夠，但玩雪就一定要有手套，同較防水既外套連帽。場內有得自助買手套，但要支付寶同wechat個信用度夠高，掃code後先開到個自助購買櫃個門，開到門攞左咩就自行喺app度付款。我買唔到，小朋友興趣亦不大，坐住個盤滑冰梯我仔7歲，玩一次就夠～佢情願打機。 整潔度：75分 酒店地點：90分對面有商場 服務：100分廁所仔要用一入住就要講佢攞定比妳，我地打去問延遲退房，最後由12可延到2點。 早餐：70分叫有野落肚啦，10點完，9點45都仲比入只係野食無咩淨，有得排即整夾餅我懶等，鮮果沙律幾好食，多士自己烤，其他野就⋯⋯ 整潔度：房間100分 遊玩設施70分

Parking is free and unlimited, making it convenient to travel to and from nearby shopping malls, which have everything you could possibly need. The infinity pool is comparable to a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong. The playroom is fun and kept the children entertained, making them forget to leave! The buffet breakfast is rich, with food stations almost 100 meters long. It's available from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, so it's recommended to go early for breakfast. This is a top choice for self-driving travelers, and quite a few Hong Kongers stay here. Highly recommended!

The playhouse is super fun! We played for two days and didn't get bored. Both adults and children didn't want to leave. The pool is quite good, open until 9 PM, so you can go for a night swim after dinner! The hotel is right next to a shopping mall, just across the road, which is super convenient. The quality of the food at the restaurants there is also pretty good! It's a great place to escape the summer heat! The ice and snow world is a bit small, so it's just so-so for younger kids.
