This was our family's first trip to Yu Hot Spring. We boarded the bus at Gongbei Port, and upon arrival, we were truly amazed. We didn't expect the facilities to be so new and clean, and all the staff were very polite. Especially the receptionist, Wei Qiuyu, who knew it was our first visit, so he meticulously introduced every part of the resort and how to get around. He also knew we had booked the Yunlai Inn, but because there were five of us and it would be a bit cramped, he upgraded us to Changsheng Zhuang, which truly deserves praise for the excellent service. The hot springs are really large, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The package also included a massage, and their massage quality was excellent. The Grand Temple Fair package had so much food, it was simply delightful, like stepping into another world. However, I think it might be a bit difficult for elderly people because the area is so large, and it's challenging to carry only one plate at a time to get food. So, I would suggest that if there were trolleys for food for the elderly, it would be even better. Next time, I will definitely bring my children to play again. This place is truly worth recommending, with games, coffee, and a bar – suitable for all ages, young and old! 👍👍

I had a great time again. The staff were friendly and polite. The food and environment were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. For dinner, you could eat while enjoying the temple fair, listening to music, playing games, and watching the fireworks, which was a lot of fun. I would recommend it to friends.

Very good, will definitely go again. The staff service attitude is excellent, the accommodation is good, and the hot springs are wonderful, comfortable, and clean. The hot springs and swimming pool are regularly cleaned. The room is clean and tidy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The temple fair dinner was delicious 😋, a fun new experience where you walk around, eat, and queue for food. There are also many types of delicious food for breakfast, including dishes from different countries. I only found out upon arrival that there were no fireworks to watch, only sparklers. The massage was comfortable. The package was for two people in a room, staying at Yunlai Inn. The room was beautiful 😍😍, like a Japanese-style room. It included a temple fair dinner, buffet breakfast, bicycle voucher, game voucher, fireworks voucher, and afternoon tea voucher. Due to time constraints, I didn't use the bicycle voucher. The hotel offers free shuttle service at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port or Gongbei port.

Hi, I'm Kwai Tsing 🐼. This year, I celebrated my birthday at Yu Hot Spring. Initially, I thought the price was a bit high, but after experiencing it, I felt it was super, super worth it! 👍 It's affordable, beautiful, fun, and delicious 😋. There's a free shuttle service to and from the border crossing. The front desk, back office, and all staff members I encountered were incredibly polite 👍🥰, and the service was top-notch. For accommodation, I booked the Changsheng Villa. It was thoughtful and attentive, upgrading us to a double-sided loft. Both sleeping areas and the living room had three types of charging cables available for guests' needs 🫰. In the evening, the Grand Temple Fair was surprisingly good. Walking and eating along the way is a major feature here, and you can sit down to eat anytime. There were so many types of food that I couldn't try them all. After eating, you could play games at the stalls to win tickets, and then eat again. Four hours flew by without me even realizing it 😂. After eating and playing, you could go back to soak in the hot springs. I really didn't want to go back to my room to sleep... The next day, breakfast was like a mini temple fair, with so many food options I couldn't finish them all. After eating, I soaked again until 1 PM when I left and was sent back to the border crossing. I've already made plans with friends to come again next time 🤣🤣🤣

Overall rating: 9/10 Checked in on Thursday, arrived at the lobby at 11 AM. The staff spoke Cantonese and provided very proactive and friendly service. Although check-in was supposed to be at 12 PM, a room was immediately available, and we even received a free upgrade from Yunlai Inn to Changsheng Pavilion's Changzhuang. After getting the room card, we took the shuttle electric car and arrived in a few minutes. Upon entering the room, there were two washbasins on the left, a wardrobe on the right, and a toilet + bathroom next to it. Further in was the living room, with a TV, telephone, and two beanbag sofas. Next to the toilet, there was a long bench, a coffee table, and a refrigerator. Beyond the living room was a Japanese-style room with a raised platform. The table could be retracted into the platform to create a flat surface. Including the lofts on both sides, it could accommodate up to 4 double mattresses, so it's fine for 8 people to sleep comfortably. The lofts already had beds made, and the ceiling was high enough that you wouldn't hit your head when sitting upright on the bed. The room was very clean, with no dust or stains, making for a comfortable stay. Yu Hot Spring focuses on two main things: the Grand Feast Temple Fair and 24-hour hot springs. During other times, it's quite leisurely, so there are many activities set up for people to enjoy. Darts, billiards, carrom, feeding cows and donkeys, riding tandem bicycles... etc. There's also a bar to chill out. If you like taking photos, you can rent kimonos. There are many beautiful spots around suitable for photography. There are relatively fewer people in summer, but it is indeed hot. The Grand Feast Temple Fair's food queues are in a covered outdoor area. There are fans around, and also air-conditioned indoor spaces with tables and chairs for dining. For those who don't mind the heat, there are also outdoor tables and chairs, and a bar counter for standing meals. Most tables have tissues, which is a thoughtful touch. There are several handwashing stations in the venue, so you don't have to search for a restroom every time. The food here tastes good. Chinese cuisine itself is delicious, and here they use cast iron woks for stir-frying, giving it excellent 'wok hei' (breath of the wok). Additionally, there are individual stewed soups, including fish maw chicken, old duck, and a more unique deer meat soup, which is quite nourishing and tasty. Other offerings include ox tongue, salt-baked shrimp, salmon sashimi (which didn't cause any stomach upset after eating), Peking duck, and Changsha stinky tofu, all of which are very good. Trying a little bit of everything, you'll be about 70% full after one round. There are several large refrigerators in the venue with unlimited soft drinks and beer, as well as sealed lemon water. After eating greasy, heavy-flavored food and sweating from the heat, a cup of sugar-free iced lemon water is truly refreshing. There are also stalls specializing in handmade lemon oolong tea, and you can even give them a can of Coke to make an iced lemon Coke, which is great. Besides eating, there are also some stalls for games, with the most popular being the 'big and small' gambling tables. These use "entertainment tickets" and "yamen tickets," so you won't feel bad even if you use them all up. If you don't finish playing, you can buy rock sugar strawberries, or go look at photos, or 'beat the villain' (a traditional ritual). After eating and drinking, take a walk to digest, then return to the hotel to prepare for a hot spring soak. Yunlai Inn and Changsheng Pavilion each have direct access to the hot spring area. You can change into your swimsuit in your room and take the elevator directly to the hot spring area, which is quite convenient. Upon reaching the hot spring area, you first enter the hotel's exclusive zone, though others can also use it. The hot spring area is neither too big nor too small, but it has quite a variety of herbal pools. Among them, I particularly liked the salt pool and the coffee pool. The coffee pool genuinely has a distinct coffee aroma. Besides soaking in the hot springs, if it's not too late, you can also have sweet soup, and there's tea available for self-service everywhere, which is quite thoughtful.

The hot spring area isn't too big but is sufficient for enjoyment. The best part is the 4-hour buffet dinner, where you can walk around and eat. However, since it's outdoors, by the end, it gets so hot that you have to go back to your room to change and rest before going out for another round. Dinner includes many entertainment activities: a live band, fireworks, gambling tables, and game stalls. Breakfast on the second day is also a buffet, followed by a foot soak. The only drawback is that it's a bit far. We took the A bus to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, then the Golden Bus, and then their shuttle bus. It took from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM to reach the hotel entrance. The Imperial Hot Spring Resort package, including free pick-up from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Zhuhai Port, offers excellent value for money. I will definitely go again. I recommend choosing the 11 am slot to arrive as early as possible, because in addition to the 24-hour hot springs, there are many other activities, and you might not be able to experience them all. This time, I went on a Tuesday and chose the Yunlai Inn. Since there were fewer guests than on a weekend, the hotel allowed early check-in and upgraded us to a king-size bed room 👍. The overall service was very attentive and proactive. The hot spring facilities are complete; I particularly enjoyed the lavender scent in the aromatherapy pool, and there are also coffee, ginger, vinegar, and various traditional Chinese medicine pools. Slippers are provided in the hotel room, and hot spring staff frequently offer complimentary drinks: luo han guo tea, jasmine tea, lemon water, and even sugar cane and imperatae rhizome drink. Ice cream and desserts are also continuously available for enjoyment during breaks. The dinner and breakfast were even more surprisingly delightful, with most dishes made to order, offering a wide variety and delicious taste. The Klook package's exclusive 90-minute essential oil massage was of high quality, and after completion, there was no need to worry about tipping; everything was at your discretion, which was very thoughtful. The entire Imperial Hot Spring Resort area has many Japanese-style photo spots. If interested, you can also pay to rent a yukata with hair styling service, which is especially suitable for young women and couples who love taking photos. Finally, of course, remember to bring your swimsuit; however, if you do forget, swimsuits are also available for purchase at the hot springs, or if you don't mind, you can borrow one from the hot springs.

Service: All staff are very polite! And there's a hotel shuttle bus service; it's just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop right outside the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge border crossing! Cleanliness: The hot spring water is definitely not very clean on holidays, but we saw them constantly changing the water and cleaning the pools throughout the day, so we chose pools that were less crowded or looked cleaner. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, with many choices. However, dinner was a bit tiring as it involved walking around and eating, playing and eating. It might not be suitable for the elderly, as during holidays, there were long queues at every food station, not enough seats, and even no standing room, making it very difficult to eat. It might be better on weekdays.

The entire park is unique and thoughtfully managed, with an interesting Japanese x ancient style and many photo opportunities. The arranged activities, such as hot spring baths, fireworks, carnival games, and cycling, were suitable for all ages. The two-day, one-night trip was fulfilling, simply joyful, and just right.
