This was our family's first trip to Yu Hot Spring. We boarded the bus at Gongbei Port, and upon arrival, we were truly amazed. We didn't expect the facilities to be so new and clean, and all the staff were very polite. Especially the receptionist, Wei Qiuyu, who knew it was our first visit, so he meticulously introduced every part of the resort and how to get around. He also knew we had booked the Yunlai Inn, but because there were five of us and it would be a bit cramped, he upgraded us to Changsheng Zhuang, which truly deserves praise for the excellent service. The hot springs are really large, beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The package also included a massage, and their massage quality was excellent. The Grand Temple Fair package had so much food, it was simply delightful, like stepping into another world. However, I think it might be a bit difficult for elderly people because the area is so large, and it's challenging to carry only one plate at a time to get food. So, I would suggest that if there were trolleys for food for the elderly, it would be even better. Next time, I will definitely bring my children to play again. This place is truly worth recommending, with games, coffee, and a bar – suitable for all ages, young and old! 👍👍

環境很好,職員好熱情,人手充足，服務態度都好好，閑日可能人少,仲免費幫我哋升級咗。小朋友好多嘢玩, 有三人單車玩,但係好多嘢都有限時，自己要預計好時間。自助餐廟會有特色, 一邊行一邊食仲有得睇有得玩，但係好多嘢食質素都一般，太公分豬肉燒豬太鹹,木瓜燕窩木瓜又太硬，燒生蠔唔係原隻新鮮嗰啲，豬肚,毛肚好食。 廟會完咗後出邊都仲有攤位遊戲，嗰度用嘅遊戲券同比廟會小, 贏返嚟嘅又會比廟會多，贏咗嘅遊戲券可以去廟會2樓禮物區換。估唔到自助早餐有驚喜，食物質素非常好，嘢食大部份都係即叫即整，腸粉好滑,咖啡好香仲拉埋花，米粉彈牙, 仲有即叫即煮蔬菜。希望日後會擴建室內泳池，廟會自助晚餐嘢食質素有所改善。

The place is neat and clean, with unique decor and many photo opportunities. The staff are proactive and polite, providing excellent service. The hot springs feel clean, with tea, fruit, and light refreshments available, which is wonderful. After the hot springs, we also experienced a massage, and the masseurs' skills were excellent. The Grand Temple buffet in the evening was a pleasant surprise; the variety of food was countless, and the quality was good, with delicious flavors. We especially liked that both the morning and evening buffet times were extended, allowing for very flexible scheduling of different activities. It would be perfect if fireworks were provided and the costume experience didn't require points for redemption. Nevertheless, the entire experience was very good, making it a very relaxing and health-promoting trip.

The Imperial Hot Spring Resort package, including free pick-up from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Zhuhai Port, offers excellent value for money. I will definitely go again. I recommend choosing the 11 am slot to arrive as early as possible, because in addition to the 24-hour hot springs, there are many other activities, and you might not be able to experience them all. This time, I went on a Tuesday and chose the Yunlai Inn. Since there were fewer guests than on a weekend, the hotel allowed early check-in and upgraded us to a king-size bed room 👍. The overall service was very attentive and proactive. The hot spring facilities are complete; I particularly enjoyed the lavender scent in the aromatherapy pool, and there are also coffee, ginger, vinegar, and various traditional Chinese medicine pools. Slippers are provided in the hotel room, and hot spring staff frequently offer complimentary drinks: luo han guo tea, jasmine tea, lemon water, and even sugar cane and imperatae rhizome drink. Ice cream and desserts are also continuously available for enjoyment during breaks. The dinner and breakfast were even more surprisingly delightful, with most dishes made to order, offering a wide variety and delicious taste. The Klook package's exclusive 90-minute essential oil massage was of high quality, and after completion, there was no need to worry about tipping; everything was at your discretion, which was very thoughtful. The entire Imperial Hot Spring Resort area has many Japanese-style photo spots. If interested, you can also pay to rent a yukata with hair styling service, which is especially suitable for young women and couples who love taking photos. Finally, of course, remember to bring your swimsuit; however, if you do forget, swimsuits are also available for purchase at the hot springs, or if you don't mind, you can borrow one from the hot springs.

珠海御温泉帶比我一次非常滿意的旅遊體驗, 到達當刻check in 已free upgrade至長盛莊, 晚上開始活動一浪接一浪, 首先係廟會自助晚餐, 然後係遊戲, 再之後浸溫泉；睡完一晚早上嘅自助早餐超滿足, 之後去踏雙人單車, 房間睇埋電影先至慢慢check out! 全個旅程每位服務員都非常helpful, 上接駁shuttle離開時更送上伴手體！超貼心！

Hi, I'm Kwai Tsing 🐼. This year, I celebrated my birthday at Yu Hot Spring. Initially, I thought the price was a bit high, but after experiencing it, I felt it was super, super worth it! 👍 It's affordable, beautiful, fun, and delicious 😋. There's a free shuttle service to and from the border crossing. The front desk, back office, and all staff members I encountered were incredibly polite 👍🥰, and the service was top-notch. For accommodation, I booked the Changsheng Villa. It was thoughtful and attentive, upgrading us to a double-sided loft. Both sleeping areas and the living room had three types of charging cables available for guests' needs 🫰. In the evening, the Grand Temple Fair was surprisingly good. Walking and eating along the way is a major feature here, and you can sit down to eat anytime. There were so many types of food that I couldn't try them all. After eating, you could play games at the stalls to win tickets, and then eat again. Four hours flew by without me even realizing it 😂. After eating and playing, you could go back to soak in the hot springs. I really didn't want to go back to my room to sleep... The next day, breakfast was like a mini temple fair, with so many food options I couldn't finish them all. After eating, I soaked again until 1 PM when I left and was sent back to the border crossing. I've already made plans with friends to come again next time 🤣🤣🤣

Unforgettable and excellent value for money! The package includes everything: food, accommodation, entertainment, and transportation, so there's no need to spend extra money, which is very convenient. All the staff, from top to bottom, were enthusiastic, smiling, and polite, making us feel right at home. The Grand Temple Fair was incredibly spacious, with an overwhelming variety of food, most of which was freshly prepared upon order, showing great sincerity. There was so much food, it was impossible to finish... Breakfast was also delicious and filling enough to last until evening. The entire park is unique and thoughtfully managed, with an interesting Japanese x ancient style and many photo opportunities. The arranged activities, such as hot spring baths, fireworks, carnival games, and cycling, were suitable for all ages. The two-day, one-night trip was fulfilling, simply joyful, and just right. If there's a flash sale again, I'd love to go back!

交通便利性：最方便是港珠澳及拱北關口都有酒店免費接駁車的上車點能直達酒店，而且有指示牌，很易找到。 服務：每位店小二很有禮貌，很好笑容，基本上所有想到的東西也有提供，帶件替換衣服就可以入住。 晚餐+早餐：很豐富，要很留肚，試不完，真的試不完，不很餓的我只試了大約50%，而酒店溫泉內隨處有提供飲品，小食等。
