The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, befitting a five-star hotel. There was a wagyu beef option on the menu, but an additional payment was required on-site to enjoy it. I suggest Klook add an option for wagyu beef with an additional charge during booking, allowing customers to budget for it when paying in advance.

I've visited The Ritz-Carlton for weekday lunch multiple times. The chicken appetizer was a pleasant surprise, and the dining environment and service are excellent. Enjoying the Tokyo view from high above is a truly delightful experience.

The environment is beautiful, and the food tastes great. Although the portions might look small, they are definitely enough to fill you up.

This was an unforgettable experience! Food: It's a four-course meal, with the restaurant deciding the daily menu. However, if you have any dislikes or allergies, you can discuss them with the staff on site. We don't like pineapple, so our dessert was changed to raspberry, and it was still exquisite. Every dish was incredibly delicious, offering French cuisine with Japanese elements. While perhaps not visually extravagant, the taste was genuinely the best I've had in recent years – simple yet profound. Online bookings do not include drinks or main course upgrades; these can be decided on site. We ordered cocktails and found them to be excellent. Service: From the hotel entrance, every staff member was very friendly, especially the detailed explanations from the service staff during our meal (we don't speak Japanese, so we communicated in English). Mr. Joel was fantastic! He helped us with photos, adjusted our meal, and moved us to a window seat for dessert – incredibly thoughtful service. Other staff members were also very friendly, and the chef even came out to speak with us (though we couldn't understand). Atmosphere: The entire hotel is very grand, and the intricate details of the interior decoration are amazing. The ladies' restroom even has a comfortable touch-up area. The dining area has sufficient spacing, so you can't hear conversations from other tables. The open kitchen has some noise, but you can see the chefs' dedicated preparation. Several couples proposed there during our visit. We will definitely come again if we have the chance!!! The price is absolutely worth it!!!

The restaurant environment is very comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and the dining atmosphere is excellent. The service staff are also very friendly and professional, making the overall service satisfactory. The dishes are exquisitely presented, but the taste was rather ordinary for me, not particularly amazing. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

First, the value is a bit high, and it wasn't very tasty. This was originally what I was most looking forward to on the trip! The result was very disappointing, and it's not good value for money. There are many better and tastier options available.
