C'est vraiment l'une des expériences culinaires les plus incroyables que j'aie jamais vécues. Chaque plat était magnifiquement servi et délicieux. A wonderful dinner at a small restaurant near Jūban, easy to find. There was one chef, and every dish was prepared with great care. Since I don't speak Japanese, the chef announced the names of the dishes, but I couldn't quite understand them. There wasn't much conversation during the meal, but the ingredients were incredibly fresh, which explains why they supply high-quality seafood to various restaurants. The first dish seemed like fried tofu skin, the second was winter melon and minced meat soup, the third was fried potatoes and scallops, the fourth was sashimi of tuna, squid, shrimp, and another type of fish, the fifth was large prawns, the sixth was wagyu beef, the seventh was tea, the eighth was cucumber and rice, and the ninth was figs. It was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

When I say this is an experience, it really is. The chef is amazing and such a gentleman. The food was great and as a person who is not big on any seafood I would recommend those to try. The atmosphere was just us and the chef, I would say that it quiet but a very homey feeling. He made fresh wasabi too ❤️

A 10-minute stroll from Roppongi Hills, we found a little gem of a restaurant, Tetsuan. Serving a kaiseki course menu, the chef carefully prepared each delicate seasonal dish, enticing us with a rich aroma, texture, and flavor that was simply superb.
