Our tour guide, Esrina, was very accommodating. She suggested additional destinations, though we opted not to add them due to time constraints, as she had already taken us to the bazaar in the morning per our request to get some batik that we could wear throughout the tour. The tour package was very nice, and Esrina had kindly offered to take nice photos of us! I especially enjoyed the deer feeding at Ranchabali!

It was a private self-guided tour, and the guide mainly took us to places according to the schedule. We swapped out lakeside glamping for an extra 50k IDR per person, and it was amazing! Kudos to our guide Budi, who went the extra mile to ensure we had a good time 😃

We had an amazing tour in Bandung, visiting Kawah Putih, Ranca Upas, and Glamping Lakeside! The stunning views and unique experiences made this trip unforgettable. A big shoutout to our driver and tour guide, Cokey. He was fantastic—so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! He shared so much about Indonesia and Bandung, making the journey even more enjoyable. Sir Cokey truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We hope to return to Bandung and would definitely want Cokey as our guide again. Highly recommended! 😊

Cokey was our guide for this tour, and his warmth and professionalism was greatly appreciated. The 3 places we visited (Kawah Putih, Glamping Lakeside, Ranca Upas) had lovely scenery and offered a unique experience. Cokey also gave us a good recommendation for lunch and tried his best to plan the schedule to maximise our time in spite of the rain.

Great drive up the mountains. Views are stunning. Our first experience to be in a crater and seeing smoke spewing out from the ground. Our guide Mr Steven conversed well with us in English. He ensured our safety with a smooth and safe drive. He constantly engaged us, sharing his knowledge of the areas we visited. Mr Steven even shared history as we passed different areas during the drive. We learned much and are very greatfull of his sharing. This is a must todo experience to tick off the bucket list! Enjoy!

Enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Ega, is friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to share information about the areas we went to. He even suggested some local sights that he thought might be of interest to us.

This trip is so worth the money. Ega, our driver, contacted us the day before the trip. He arrived perfectly in time, his English was really good and he is a very joyful and nice person. He also gave us a lot of background information. The white crater is so beautiful and after Ega's advise to go to the highest viewpoint, we took beautiful pictures and had a great hike. We had nice lunch in restaurant nearby. We changed our schedule a little and visited the tea fields and a strawberry farm. I can recommend this trip to everybody. It was just awesome.

Saya membawa tunangan saya dari Malaysia dalam perjalanan pertamanya ke Bandung, dan tur ini SANGAT memuaskan! Pemandu kami adalah Kang Toni, dan dia sangat proaktif sepanjang perjalanan. Saya sempat mencari-cari makanan khas lokal (tahu susu & tahu yunyi) dan dia menelepon istrinya untuk menanyakan apakah makanan ini bisa bertahan selama 12 jam perjalanan kembali ke Malaysia. Ketika kami menyebutkan ingin mampir ke perkebunan teh, dia berinisiatif mencari warung pinggir jalan dengan pemandangan perkebunan teh yang fantastis. Satu hal lagi: dia adalah pengemudi yang luar biasa! Saya sering mabuk perjalanan, tetapi saya baik-baik saja dengan gaya mengemudinya meskipun jalanan berbukit. Dia juga mengambil foto-foto kami yang bagus! Saya akan menyimpan nomornya untuk perjalanan ke Bandung di masa mendatang, dan akan membagikannya kepada rekan-rekan saya dari Malaysia yang berencana mengunjungi Bandung tahun ini. Nuhun, kang 😉
