I can’t say enough good things about our driver, Ega! He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Not only was he informative, sharing fascinating insights throughout the tour, but he also made it a point to personalize our journey. Ega offered to stop at additional spots not even included in the original tour, which added such a special touch to the day. On top of that, he provided a wealth of recommendations for other places to visit, making our trip even more memorable. His enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication truly stood out—he’s a gem! If you’re lucky enough to have Ega as your driver, you’re in for a fantastic time.

Had a great day joining this tour package. The locals don't usually recommend Domas as the attraction is invested with pesky, pushy peddlers who charge you and arm and a leg. We chose Ciater (go to the resort, not the public bath) which did not disappoint. Best time to visit would be night as surrounding temperature becomes lower. Our tour driver, Steven, was very knowledgeable and accomodating. With occasional jokes, he ensures our trip was a safe one.

Cokey was our guide and he was helpful by giving us tips on how to maximise our experience. Also appreciated his advice on how to politely turn down the many peddlers at the crater. The Orchid Forest was lovely and the visit to the kopi luwak centre was highly informative.

Highly recommended go through Klook arrangement for tour guide Steven and Cokey as both Tangkuban Perahu and Kawah Putih tour experience is rather different. They both are very experience attentive and flexible for trip itinerary. Tangkuban Perahu combined with Orchid Forest strongly recommended and Steven helped arrange a wonderful lunch at Dago bakery. One of the best Bandung local meals experience.

Our guide, Cokey, was the best! He was friendly and very helpful during the tour. He shared a lot of information and suggested a delicious restaurant to eat at, and he also took into account that we needed to eat halal food. Apart from that, Cokey also suggested that we leave early to avoid traffic and crowds at the places we visited. Overall, I am satisfied.

We got Esrina as our guide. She contacted us the night before our tour, confirming the pick-up time and other details. She is a good, excellent, and informative driver, sharing a lot of information and recommendations with us during the trip. She has a great personality and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the journey. We had so much fun together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

이번 반둥 여행에서 가장 기대했던 도마스 화산과 난초숲을 다녀왔습니다. 이번투어에 '유수프‘ 기사님을 만난 게 이번 여행의 가장 큰 행운이었어요. 우선 차가 너무 깨끗하고 쾌적했어요. 유수프 기사님은 영어를 정말 유창하게 잘하셔서 소통이 완벽하게 통했고, 반둥에 대한 지식도 깊으셔서 이동하는 내내 정말 전문적이고 베테랑이시라는 게 느껴졌습니다. 특히 이번 투어에서 도마스 화산은 정말 잊지 못할 특별한 경험이었어요! 화산석 사이로 연기가 피어오르는 신비로운 풍경을 온몸으로 느끼고, 활화산의 열기를 직접 경험해 보니 정말 신기하더라고요. 난초숲은 힐링하며 산책하기 좋은 곳이였구요. 유수프 기사님이 추천해 주신 카페 갔는데, 와... 이름 그대로 갤러리…너무 멋진 카페였어요. 이동하는 내내 너무 친절하고 세심하게 배려해 주신 유수프 기사님과 신비로웠던 도마스 화산, 푸르른 난초숲까지 모든 게 완벽했던 하루였습니다. 반둥 투어 가시는 분들, 유수프 기사님 강력 추천합니다!
