Knowing there was a Harry Potter exhibition in Shenzhen, I booked it in advance for a birthday celebration. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews just before departing. But I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived; the atmosphere was fantastic. We happened to catch the Halloween event 🎃, with staff guiding us, interactive elements, and collection activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. 🫶 Friendly tips: 1. Strongly recommend bringing your own costumes and wands for better photos with the scenery. 🧙 2. It's recommended to depart from Guanlan Lake Station Exit E, turn left towards Hard Rock Hotel, and take the Hogwarts mini-train for ¥5 (recommended). Otherwise, it's a one-kilometer (20-minute) walk to the entrance. 🚂 3. Tickets can be purchased on-site or online. 4. Fast Pass is not recommended. Currently, there aren't many visitors, and the park is still being improved, so you can explore at a leisurely pace. 5. The current Halloween event is ongoing. Staff mentioned that promotional offers will be available soon, and character appearances on weekends should be noted, as well as special activities planned for Christmas! 6. The prices for food (snack sets, cakes, drinks) and merchandise within the park are acceptable, using the Macau Harry Potter exhibition as a comparison standard. No butterbeer was available, unfortunately. 🥲🍺 7. The night experience is special, and the moving route is reasonable. Staff were friendly, but it's better to proactively ask questions and interact with them. 8. Before leaving, it's recommended to visit the shop to collect the limited edition 14 stamps 🛣️, which can be stamped in a notebook purchased in the store. 🫶 Finally, perhaps because the experience was good, I hope the six-month exhibition period can be extended, providing another attraction for everyone to enjoy. 🫶

Transportation + Hotel Location: Very convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk from Exit E1 of Changhu Station on Metro Line 4 (plus, this time I went to Harry Potter: Forbidden Forest, which is only 3 stops away). Breakfast: There was really a lot of food for breakfast, and the serving time was long. It's just a pity that she (in the morning) thought I didn't have breakfast included and directly told me to go out/leave (I think at that moment, she really... should have clarified it herself before telling me to leave. I was still getting food, and it turned out I did have breakfast included).

The room was beautiful, and the location near Changhu Metro Station was very convenient, just a 3-minute walk away. Downstairs from the hotel, there are restaurants serving dishes like sauerkraut fish, scallion pancakes, and steamed meatballs. The food tasted good and wasn't too expensive. I would stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is quiet and convenient for transportation. 💪😍 You can reach Guanlan Night Market and shopping mall in one stop, and it's super convenient to go to Guanlan Lake MH mall for shopping! The room is very beautiful and clean 🥰🥰 The smart pillow is great and provides a good night's sleep 👍👍💫💫⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's high quality 🙏🙏😋 I will definitely stay here again 👍💫

Arrived early around 1:30 PM on Saturday. As soon as I exited Changhu Metro Station (Exit E), I could see it directly. It's only a 3-stop metro ride to Mission Hills. Thanks to the front desk for arranging an early check-in. The smart room was clean and tidy. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was good. The only minor drawback was that opening the window revealed residential buildings. For just over 500 yuan, this quality offers great value for money.

It's more cost-effective to book a package than just a room; the price is similar and includes breakfast, and children can eat breakfast for free. The room isn't large but is sufficient, and the robot is cute.

First, I want to commend the excellent Klook customer service representative who quickly helped explain the issue. The problem was that I had booked the wrong room; I originally intended to book one room for two nights, but only realized upon arrival at the local hotel that I had booked two rooms for one night. I was very frustrated at the time, as the hotel staff said they couldn't change it since it had already been paid for and the cancellation period had passed. I immediately called Klook Hong Kong for assistance. Thanks to the staff member that night. As for the room, although it was small, the environment was very tidy and clean. It's worth staying for this price.

It feels clean, hygienic, comfortable, and quiet! It's a great place for leisure and rest. The location is only about 300 meters from Changhu Metro Station; you can see the building as soon as you exit E1 of the metro station, making it very easy to find! The room has a nearly fully smart "Xiao Du" voice control system, which children might enjoy playing with. The room has no strange odors, and the bedding is pristine white, which is reassuring. I stayed in a twin room; although the room area isn't large, it's perfectly sufficient for sleeping and resting. If the full score is 5, I would give it 4.8 points, deducting 0.2 points for having only one chair.

The experience was good. The location is near the subway station, and there's Naixue's Tea opposite. The hotel breakfast was good, with a decent variety of food. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very polite.

There were some strange noises at night, I don't know which floor they came from. The bedding was good, but the TV signal was average.
