We came to play, but the staff didn't mention any scheduled activities. Only after entering did we find out that the slide is only available from 3 PM to 4 PM. How were we supposed to know? So we missed out on that. The same goes for the snow effect; we later discovered it's not available after 4:30 PM. Basically, they don't tell you the timings for anything. Plus, the tickets are expensive. You can't leave and re-enter; you have to stay inside, and the food isn't cheap either. I think it's just mediocre. There are so many other places to go now; there's no need to come to this brand. It's not very interesting. They act like they're so great, telling you nothing. Is this kind of service acceptable nowadays with so much competition? We definitely won't be coming back. It's not worth it.

The environment is clean and hygienic, and there are diverse play facilities, including vocational experience activities like car washing and milking cows, as well as a zip line. The children had so much fun they didn't want to leave, playing for a full 5 hours. It's highly recommended, and we will definitely come again.

The place is very spacious and new, the staff are very friendly, and the place is clean and tidy. The children had a great time. It would be perfect if it were a bit cheaper, as it's quite expensive now.
