Shiorian Yamashiro - Sushi da Marca Michelin em Osaka, Namba

Friendly chef who tried his best to explain to us the fish he used as sashimi. Food quality was good and staffs were very nice. The owner even treated us the beverage we ordered which was not included in the meal.

The price wasn't cheap, but I think it was worth the money. The omakase chef's choice menu included 21 dishes, and halfway through, the chef thoughtfully offered to reduce the amount of rice in the sushi, which was a good thing, otherwise I really couldn't have eaten that much. Highly recommended.

The taste of the dishes, the restaurant's ambiance, and the service staff's attentiveness are all of a high standard. The variety of sushi is extensive, with the sea urchin and bluefin tuna being especially delicious! Located near Namba Station, it's truly recommended!

The taste is very good, you can give it a try. However, it's not 21 courses as the previous reviewer mentioned; we had 17 courses, but it came with sake.

The price offers excellent value for money. The food is decent, nothing spectacular but also nothing particularly bad. The environment is quite good, especially the terrace which offers a view of the entire Shinsaibashi area and is very unique.

When purchasing, a spot was already reserved, so there's no need to worry. On the day, the master was very good and explained each type, and communication was not an issue as the master had his own ways 😂

One chef serves two guests, and the chef will try to introduce the ingredients in simple English.

It was a very good experience, but the food portions were a bit too large.
