This review is for every Chinese tourist who loves to enjoy and save money! As I stood on the pier at the end of this private tour, my tired mother beside me said, "The experience today was truly overwhelming." Being able to charter a boat with my parents, both over 70, to go out to sea, hike together to the top of Padar Island, and visit a nearly deserted pink beach based on our guide Andro's recommendation, has already become an unforgettable memory for me. The fruit on the boat helped us replenish our energy, the brand-new cushions allowed my father to lie down comfortably and rest, and Andro taking family photos for us at every scenic spot – all these were private services that exceeded my expectations. On the beach, my mother exclaimed that it was the clearest water she had ever seen in Indonesia. My father's first snorkeling experience made him as excited as a 17-year-old. Komodo dragons, small sharks, corals, and sea turtles all remain in our memories. When we went snorkeling at the manta ray spot, Andro went into the water first to search. After confirming the area where the manta rays were active, he had the boat bring my parents nearby. Then, he used a lifebuoy to pull my mother to the manta rays' feeding area, and subsequently held my father's hand, who was wearing a life vest, to watch five black and white giants circle and play in the sea. Seeing my father's red life vest floating for a long time in the sea, I felt his joy and awe as he witnessed the free ocean giants before his eyes. If you are traveling with three people, paying this fee might be more than double that of a large group, but the care and attention you receive are something that cannot be experienced in a stuffy, noisy large group with strangers (I have also participated in large groups). However, if you are traveling with six people, this chartered boat trip is the most cost-effective option from any perspective. A tour with hundreds of reviews and a 4.8-star rating is definitely a no-brainer.

The itinerary was excellent, perfectly avoiding crowds. Each attraction felt like we had it all to ourselves. We even stopped for lunch at #MakassarTaka, where small sharks played by the boat – it was so beautiful and dreamy. Our guide Robert and the two crew members took wonderful care of our family of three. The only minor issue was a small problem with the snorkel mask's mouthpiece; we hope this can be addressed in the future. At the end of the trip, they were able to drop us directly at our hotel's pier, which saved a lot of time. Ledi's arrangements were very thoughtful. Thank you for this wonderful trip!

An amazing experience! The tour guide arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. The private boat tour allowed us to arrive at Padar Island earlier, where we took spectacular photos! On the way down, we saw a crowd of people just arriving 😆. The tour guide proactively helped us take pictures, and during snorkeling, he led us to find manta rays and sea turtles, which we were lucky enough to see! Thanks to Chris for giving us such a wonderful experience 🤗 Komodo is definitely worth visiting at least once 👍

A little bit tiring since it’s a whole day tour but the experience is like no other. The private boat makes it nicer for a small group.

The day trip originally scheduled for August 15th was disrupted by a 7.7 magnitude earthquake early in the morning, but thankfully we were able to go the next day. The service was excellent, and the guide's photography skills were superb, helping us take many beautiful photos. Chartering a boat was really great; it offered a lot of flexibility and more freedom.

Keluarga kami dengan anak-anak kecil (9, 7, 3) membutuhkan jadwal kapal yang fleksibel yang tidak memerlukan trekking dan waktu yang lama. Kami juga berusaha untuk segera kembali untuk mengejar penerbangan sore itu, jadi kami perlu berangkat lebih awal dan kembali lebih awal. Apa lagi yang bisa dikatakan - kami melihat 8-9 komodo, snorkeling di antara karang, bersantai di pantai pink, berenang bersama pari manta, dan menikmati makan siang yang lezat! Sangat direkomendasikan!

The stunning scenery, Komodo dragons, and manta rays – we achieved our goals at every point and are extremely satisfied. The guide team was also very friendly, and I highly recommend this for private family trips.

Guide was a helpful photographer though provided negligible information about Flores geography, flora and fauna, or history. Snorkelling equipment was not up to par. Mask was not air tight despite adjusting strap multiple times. It was very annoying to keep removing water every few minutes while snorkelling. Guide did not offer a better equipment, perhaps there was none onboard. Witnessed crew threw soapy water (used to wash snorkelling equipment) directly into the sea. Lunch bento box was good.

It was a very interesting experience, and the tour guide was excellent, helping us fulfill our dreams. Our whole family had a wonderful time! I highly recommend this private tour...
