Excursão de dia inteiro ao Desfiladeiro de Kumamoto Takachiho com Gastronomia

Klook arrangiert den Transport und die Restaurantreservierung. Die Organisation verlief reibungslos. Ich musste nur zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sein und mein Ticket vorzeigen. Und ich hatte mehr als 3 Stunden Zeit, um meine Zeit zu genießen. Takachiho ist wunderschön. Auch wenn die Fahrt von Kumamoto 3 Stunden dauert, ist es das wert.

1. This time, 7 of us went. The Sakuramachi bus shuttle driver checked the seat manifest (it's recommended to print your order for easier verification). 2. We stopped for 10 minutes at Takamori Station, where we could briefly use the restroom and take photos of the One Piece train. The station had many anime autograph boards and commemorative stamps. 3. Upon arrival at Takachiho, a taxi driver was holding a sign with our names (it was raining heavily that day, and the driver was soaked while holding the sign – truly heartbreaking yet professional). Unfortunately, the order stated that groups over 4 people would be split into two taxis. Due to the heavy rain and miscommunication, we mistakenly thought the second taxi was also part of the arrangement. The shuttle driver was very kind; only after reaching our destination did we realize he would return for a second trip. The shuttle driver later helped us arrange for the other taxi driver to refund us, which we were very grateful for. Also, a friend realized midway that they had left their phone on the bus. Without hesitation, the driver immediately drove us back to the bus to retrieve it. We are truly thankful. 4. Although it rained heavily today, it had a unique charm. We hope for better weather on our next visit ^^.

I really recommend this trip to Takachiho Gorge! There was plenty of time to explore, even after a bit TOO much time, haha. In my opinion, you should definitely reserve a boat before this trip; I kind of regret not doing that. The only negative thing was that there was only one taxi to pick us up, and we were too many people for one ride. So, he drove one group first and then my group, which meant we arrived later than the first group.

In the morning, we took a bus from the Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. The driver called out names to confirm seats. There were several other Taiwanese people on the bus. The journey took about 3 hours, with a short break in the middle. The forests we passed through were beautiful. Upon arrival at our destination, someone met us. After lunch, we walked around the area. The gorge was stunning, but unfortunately, we couldn't take a boat ride as all tours were fully booked. For the return trip, we had to walk back to the bus station and take another 3-hour bus ride back to Kumamoto, arriving at 8 PM.

The package basically included an arranged confirmed return trip via public transport, transfer to the restaurant, which is at the gorge, and a beef or chicken grill set lunch. The lunch was fantastic and the short trail along the gorge was relaxing and picturesque. However, please take note that you will need to make your way back to the bus terminal - which required a strenuous uphill climb from the gorge and a total of about 30 - 40 minutes walk. We have had a nice tea break at a cafe along the way to the bus terminal as there was plenty of time before the scheduled departure time. We arrived at Kumamoto bus station at about 8pm.

The itinerary and schedule were very satisfying. The driver was very professional, and the transfer taxi driver was friendly. Lunch was delicious, and the restaurant was spacious with shops across the street. Just a short walk away is the famous Takachiho Gorge, with incredibly beautiful scenery. This KLOOK experience is definitely worth it.

A generally hassle-free itinerary. The directions are clear and fairly easy to follow. Just adhere to the schedule and arrive at each pick-up point earlier than required.
