Daisy is very informative and friendly. Her knowledge of the area is much appreciated. She even prepared some pre-reading material and gave a clearer explanation of the area. She also gave us some candy, which helped with the tiredness after facing the scorching hot sun. The driver was skillful in driving us around and ensured our safety. It's been a long time since I've joined a group tour; I've always preferred independent travel. This time, I came to Takachiho Gorge, a place I've longed to visit, to go boating, and saw the vast, lush green grasslands. If it weren't for Klook's one-day tour, it would have been impossible to do this without driving myself. Our tour guide, Ms. Wu Xia, worked incredibly hard. This group had tourists from all over the world: Germany, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The guide had to provide explanations and remind everyone of various注意事项 in both Chinese and English, showing great professionalism and patience. Although there was a slight regret that some group members were late, delaying the itinerary for everyone, overall, it gave me, someone unaccustomed to group travel, confidence in this type of trip. I will consider joining Klook's tours again in the future.

The trip was worth your money. A good time to see and appreciate nature. Sir Chao, our guide, is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the scenery. It's better to take this tour than do it yourself, as the places are far from each other. Overall, we had a lot of fun, and we will definitely come back. Hopefully, Mr. Chao will be our guide again 👍

This course, which included Aso-san, Takachiho Gorge, and a shrine, was truly a magnificent and grand spectacle that you must see if you visit Kyushu. Perhaps because it's not yet widely known among Korean tourists, our family was the only Koreans there, which made it feel even more exotic and special. Takachiho Gorge was even more beautiful than I had seen in pictures, and the boat tour, where we enjoyed the gorge up close from a boat, was truly unique and memorable. Although we unfortunately couldn't enter the Aso-san Kusasenri Plain due to strong winds, the view of the volcanic smoke and vast grasslands from afar was spectacular. The scenery we saw from the car during our travels was also truly amazing. Finally, the Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine was even more impressive because our guide told us it was the setting for the anime "Into the Forest of Fireflies' Light." Perhaps it was because we watched a YouTube summary on the way, but the mystical and mysterious atmosphere created by the dense cedar forest and stone lanterns was truly captivating. Lastly, I want to express my sincere gratitude to our guide, Mr. Ohashi! Our family was the only Koreans, so we could have felt left out, but he specially provided Korean guidance just for us and meticulously cared for our sick child during our travels. Thanks to Mr. Ohashi, our entire family was able to complete the tour comfortably and enjoyably. I hope many Koreans visiting Kyushu will also come and see these places!

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our tour guide, Eiichi. Firstly, he provided clear instructions for everything and ensured everyone was well taken care of. He also introduced many Japanese-related cultural insights and facts, which were incredibly valuable to us (even though we had traveled to Japan multiple times, we hadn't truly understood these aspects). Secondly, he offered recommendations for must-buy items and must-do activities, and he was always willing to help us take photos. Lastly, we experienced an earthquake together, and he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, remaining calm throughout. He made sure everyone was aware of the situation while giving us clear and effective instructions. During the trip, he constantly went out of his way to help us secure the best spots and time slots, and we truly appreciate his service. Even after the trip, he offered to provide assistance, even though it was beyond his duty and responsibility. HE IS THE BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER, AND THE COMPANY SHOULD GIVE HIM A RAISE.

This one-day tour to Takachiho Gorge, Kusasenri, and Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine was exceptionally well-planned, with a smooth and well-paced itinerary. We didn't feel tired from too many attractions, nor did we experience excessive waiting times. The trip perfectly blended natural scenery, cultural experiences, and relaxation. Our tour guide, Mr. Ohashi, provided explanations in fluent Chinese and Korean, clearly outlining meeting times, boarding and alighting procedures, and various important notes. He also shared the history, culture, and local stories behind each attraction, making the journey more than just a superficial visit, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of Kyushu's human and natural characteristics. Mr. Ohashi was friendly, meticulous, and managed time perfectly, ensuring we could enjoy the trip with peace of mind. Our first stop was the long-anticipated Takachiho Gorge. Known for its spectacular columnar jointed gorge and Manai Falls, it was even more breathtaking in person than in photos. The emerald green stream, towering rock walls on both sides, and the waterfall intertwined to create a natural masterpiece that was truly captivating. We experienced boating on this trip, which allowed us to admire the waterfall and gorge scenery up close, leaving a lasting impression. After leaving Takachiho, we headed to Kusasenri, a famous area in Aso. The vast grasslands, combined with the majestic terrain of Mount Aso, presented a natural landscape distinctly different from Takachiho. The weather was excellent that day, offering expansive views, allowing us to clearly appreciate the magnificent topography around the crater. Mr. Ohashi introduced the formation process of Mount Aso, its volcanic activity history, and the origin of Kusasenri, allowing us to understand how this land evolved over a long period to become what it is today, while enjoying the scenery. Standing on the vast grassland, we felt exceptionally relaxed and deeply appreciated the charm of Kyushu's natural landscapes. Finally, we arrived at Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine. As we ascended the stone steps, moss-covered stone lanterns lined both sides, surrounded by dense forests, creating a mysterious and tranquil atmosphere. Mr. Ohashi introduced the history and origin of the shrine, and also shared that it had been used as a filming location for movies and anime. Throughout the entire journey, Mr. Ohashi provided rich explanations and took care of every group member. He proactively reminded us of meeting times, recommended the best photo spots, introduced local specialties worth purchasing, and constantly checked if everyone was present, maintaining a relaxed yet efficient pace for the entire group. Even during long bus rides, he interspersed introductions to the human history, culture, and daily life of the Kumamoto, Aso, and Takachiho regions, deepening the overall experience of the trip. Overall, this was a well-planned and high-quality one-day tour. The astonishing beauty of Takachiho Gorge, the vast and magnificent natural landscape of Kusasenri and Mount Aso, and the serene and mysterious forest atmosphere of Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine – these three attractions, each unique and non-repetitive, filled the day's itinerary with variety and surprises. I highly recommend this tour, and especially recommend our guide, Mr. Ohashi. His professional explanations, meticulous service, and rich experience made this journey more than just admiring beautiful scenery; it allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of Kyushu's history, culture, and nature. If I participate in another Kyushu day tour in the future, I would definitely hope to be led by Mr. Ohashi again, confident that it would be another fulfilling and enjoyable trip.

A huge thank you to Sister Lily Cheng (Lily-jie)! She is incredibly gentle, kind, enthusiastic, and patient, waiting for us at the meeting point from 7:30 AM. Throughout the journey, she explained everything meticulously and took excellent care of every member on the tour bus. At Kusasenri, she recommended many special products to us, as well as delicious restaurants and places to visit in Fukuoka city. I highly recommend Lily-jie; she genuinely puts her heart into looking after everyone (everyone definitely felt it). This was my first time joining a day tour in Japan, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'd like to try a boat ride next time at Takachiho Gorge. Seeing Mount Aso from afar again, it's huge!
