A delightful and fulfilling day! Many thanks to our guide, Sakura-chan, who was so energetic and patient with both the pick-up/drop-off and explanations, like a good friend to everyone. She repeated important information multiple times in different languages to ensure every tourist understood, and shared many interesting anecdotes, making the journey less boring. Knowing I was traveling alone, she also took extra care of me, which I greatly appreciate! The driver was also very polite and professional, driving smoothly and always on time. I'm so glad I booked this tour; I safely and effortlessly experienced the beautiful scenery of Furano. It was truly a worthwhile trip!

Our Chinese tour guide, Xiao Zhou, is from Northeast China and is very warm and kind. As it was off-season travel, the overall pace of the trip was just right. The driver was a kind-faced Japanese gentleman. In early October, Shikisai no Oka didn't have lavender, but the rolling flower fields combined with the clear weather were still quite stunning. Furano Farm was slightly less impressive without lavender, but it had many lavender-related souvenirs. On the way back, the guide mentioned that winter in Hokkaido has unpredictable traffic due to snow, with long traffic jams, tired drivers, and a higher risk of accidents. As I prefer a more traditional Chinese approach to health, sitting for long periods isn't ideal. I hope the company can pay more attention to the issue of fatigue driving among older drivers and their physical and mental well-being. Out of the 11 people on the day trip, I was the only one from mainland China, which was similar to my trip to Kyushu in May. Everyone else was young.

Our guide is very informative and caring. She provided lots of useful information about the sites in advance before we arrived to ensure that we had the best experience, such as the availability of buggy to travel around Shikisai-no-Oka (2500 yen), which is a great option if you have a group of four. If you are a fan of lavender products, you can consider buying massage oil / aroma oil at Farm Tomita (slightly more expensive) / Shikisai-no-Oka (cheaper 6600 yen after tax). The fragrance of lavendar will surely bring back memories of this trip. Lavender pillow making session is not very interesting for adults though. It would be great if you have a kid of a young age like 3-6 years old. It is a quick 5 minute session with lavender seeds being sprinkled on cotton filling, topped up with lavender mist to zest it up. The lunch order is a must and a value deal as there is nothing to eat nearby. In early August, the lavender at Farm Tomita already got harvested and some parts may have become empty. The guide said that lavender bloomed in late July usually. Still, the views at Farm Tomita and Shikisai-no-Oka are breathtaking. As for Shirogane blue pond, it’s not very attractive personally. Maybe the weather was cloudy and the reflection of the pond wasn’t as amazing as we thought it would be.

The tour guide was very professional and punctual. The initial introduction was very detailed, giving the trip a wonderful start. It makes me want to choose your company (Xuehua) as my guide again next time. Also, because there was a group of Indian tourists on the bus, the guide responsibly and thoroughly provided them with a separate English commentary. All in all, it was a great experience!

因為花季還沒到，沒看到跟圖片一樣的花海感覺有點遺憾。哈密瓜和餐點吃到飽只有50分鐘加上商店購物行程有點太趕。雲霄飛車之路是經過那樣，不是下來拍照。

Our tour guide, Ms. Sakura, enthusiastically introduced Hokkaido's travel information and cultural history. Although the itinerary felt a bit packed, it was still a good option for tourists who don't drive themselves.

Sunny was a great tour guide, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He communicated before and during the trip so there weren’t any surprises. The itinerary was perfect for the amount of time at each stop and it was a great value for what we paid since a lot of these attractions are 2 hours outside of Sapporo. It was a group of 13 people on a clean 14 passenger van. I would highly recommended this itinerary!

Our tour guide, Zhou Zheng, was the best part of this trip—he was kind, humorous, professionally introduced each attraction, patiently repeated explanations for travelers from various countries, and enthusiastically helped with photos. Combined with a smooth itinerary and beautiful scenery, this trip is highly recommended!

In summer, Hokkaido's Furano and Biei are adorned with vast fields of lavender and vibrant flowers. The blue sky and white clouds reflect off golden wheat fields and lush green hills, creating a picturesque and refreshing scene.
