Excursão de um dia a Taoyuan Daxi, Yingge e YesHealth iFarm (com partida de Taipei)

The driver and tour guide were very thoughtful and chatty. We traveled with a small baby and everything went smoothly. He communicated the itinerary with us beforehand. First, we went to Daxi Old Tea Factory, then Daxi Wood Art Museum, followed by lunch at Daxi Old Street. In the afternoon, we visited Yingge Ceramics Museum, and finally took a stroll around Yingge Old Street. The itinerary was rich, and he even acted as a babysitter!

Review for Gary: Our guide Gary was fantastic. We were booked into a tour of Daxi and Yinggi and Gary was a great driver, entertaining and great value, taking us to all the places he likes to eat and "the best and inexpensive". As part of our tour, he made sure to show us some Taiwanese snacks and street food. An excellent guide!

The original itinerary was scheduled for a Monday, when the Daxi Wood Art Ecomuseum is closed. After discussing it with our tour guide Jason, the group decided to change the itinerary, turning it into a more in-depth journey. However, I'm not sure if it caused him any trouble, so I won't go into detail. The flexibility of the itinerary made our trip more diverse and helped us understand Taoyuan better, for which we are very grateful.

Very good guide. Very fun, knowledgeable, friendly, and cooperative. Truly a tour with many surprises. He adapted to our needs. I recommend him.

The itinerary was very rich, with the guide also serving as the driver. It was a small group, but the attractions were great to explore. Although the weather was really hot, we can come back for a more in-depth trip when it's cooler next time.

Our tour guide, Laiber, was very kind and provided clear explanations. Yingge, famous as a pottery town, has beautiful streets and many attractions. At Daxi Old Street, we enjoyed various street foods like dried tofu.

Mr. Lai was our guide. He contacted me 1 day ahead to confirm the meeting point and time. He is friendly and tried to provide details on the places visited. However, the Daxi Tea Factory was too early for their internal guide to be operating. He recommended places to eat, and the tour was great.

This was clearly stated a "guided tour" but mine was a self-guided one. Our guide was nice and friendly, but it didn't feel like he knew much about the day tour or the places we went. Although, he did mention he was activatd to take our tour quite last minute. We arrived at Daxi Tea Factory at 10am only to realize there was no guided tour. However we saw sign stating there will be one at 11am but that's when we were heading off. Our guide asked the staff to show us a 10-minute video about the tea factory. The wood museum is closed on Mondays so we spent a longer time at Daxi old street. We barely had enough time to go through the exhibits in Yingge Ceramics Museum by ourselves, no time to walk around the outdoor areas. Yingge historic ceramics street was nice but again, self-guided tour. I still enjoyed my day and liked my guide. However, I specifically booked this for the guided tour, the history and interesting facts. Very disappointed.

Mr. Laiber is exceptionally knowledgeable about the landmarks we visited today! He provided great insight into each site. He recommended several local eateries for us to visit. Today is one of the best trips I've had while staying in Taiwan!

iFarm tour could’ve been better if we were given english headsets cause the guide only spoke in chinese. The drivers, Frank and Hank, were very good and very nice althroughout the tour. We had the tour to ourselves so it was flexible and we skipped one part so that we can spend more time at the ceramics area and go back early.
