Experience: Very happy! Restaurant environment: The scenery is good. Service: Very attentive, staff were proactive and very polite. Food taste: The savory items were delicious. Although they weren't hot, perhaps they're meant to be like snacks, so it's acceptable even if not hot. The desserts had unique appearances, like the cute goldfish in the fish tank, and tasted great! The largest one, the blue and white porcelain vase, I thought it was just good-looking, but it turned out to be the biggest surprise! Inside, there was vanilla bean mousse and plain cake, very rich in flavor! And the innermost blueberry mousse had a sorbet-like texture. How did they manage to make the outside not frozen but the middle icy cold!? Highly recommend trying it!
The restaurant staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The food quality was also very good, beautifully presented, perfect for photos, and thoughtfully designed, especially the red rose, which was served with dry ice, creating a misty, fairy-tale-like atmosphere – very romantic. It would be even better if there were more savory options. The environment was comfortable, perfect for enjoying a meal and chatting with friends.
A few days before and the day before dining, the restaurant sent text messages to confirm and remind us, which was very thoughtful! The restaurant's location was a bit hard to find, but the staff were very polite and well-mannered. The food presentation was exquisite, and both the dim sum and drinks were excellent. The appearance of the rose was a delightful surprise, making everyone happy and constantly taking photos. We could also see trains passing by outside the window. We had a very pleasant afternoon!
Booking through Klook was even cheaper than on the official website. The panda-shaped desserts and drinks were incredibly cute, and the taro pastry shaped like a calligraphy brush was very interesting and playful! The restaurant sent a WhatsApp reminder two days in advance and arranged for us to sit by the window, which we were very satisfied with.
I give full marks for the food's presentation, creativity, and taste. The restaurant isn't large, but the overall atmosphere is very comfortable and tranquil. The restaurant provides various props for photo opportunities, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the palace-themed ambiance while dining.
We came to try this afternoon tea set on Sunday, from 3 PM to 5 PM. There weren't many customers that day, and we sat by the window, where we could clearly see Lion Rock. The set included coffee, tea, or a special drink. As for the food, overall everything was delicious, and I liked that the desserts weren't too sweet. The staff provided good service. We'll come back next month to try the new menu.
I visited the panda-themed afternoon tea, and the food design was very distinctive, following a Chinese style and panda theme. Inside the box, dry ice concealed a calligraphy brush, and surprisingly, the brush tip was a taro mochi pastry, to be dipped in brown sugar – a delightful surprise. The environment featured floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a great view of the train tracks and a large area of Mong Kok outside. My only minor complaint is that there weren't enough waitstaff, and they didn't notice that an item was missing from our food order. When I asked the reception staff to help take a couple of photos, her expression immediately soured. This kind of customer service needs improvement.
The blue and white porcelain cake is beautiful and smoking, perfect for photos... Other food tastes good! The service is also attentive! You can see Lion Rock from the window seat! For my friend's birthday, there was also a free dessert arrangement 👍🏻
The panda-themed afternoon tea features fun panda shapes, as well as brushes and imperial seals. The taste is also excellent, not too sweet, and the special hot orange chocolate milk also has a panda on the milk foam.
The afternoon tea experience was beyond what we expected. We were seated by the window in a separate room. Although the restaurant was small, quiet, and cozy, we didn’t mind as it was a great place for chit-chat. The food wasn’t just for pictures—each item had quality, layers, and texture. The drinks were also delicious! Even the straws and glasses were bamboo-themed, adding a lovely touch to the overall aesthetic. We definitely got our money's worth and would highly recommend others to try!
