The Zhenlin Hotel is quite different from other ordinary hotels on the market. It mainly focuses on leisure, wellness, and vacation. If you like SPA, are very interested in wellness, or want a quiet rest, it's worth a visit. Traveling from Macau to Zhuhai via Hengqin Port is one of the closest options among many ports. A taxi ride takes about 15 to 20 minutes. However, because the hotel's security is excellent, the vehicle gate is a bit hard to find, and the driver initially had trouble locating it. Staff at the gate will confirm if the occupants are hotel guests. The lobby isn't as grand as other hotels; it takes a cozy approach. Many front desk staff speak Cantonese, so guests who aren't fluent in Mandarin don't need to worry. I stayed at Zhenlin for 3 days and 2 nights. There was turndown service every night, and a large bottle of welcome drink, with a different variety each day. I'm not sure if it's because I checked in on the first day of the Lunar New Year, but there were some New Year snacks in the room, though only on the first day of my stay, and they were gone by the second day. I saw an afternoon tea introduction on the table, but it turns out it needs to be booked in advance, so I couldn't try it without a reservation. There are no commercial streets or shops outside the Zhenlin Hotel; you'd need to go to Huafa, which is about a 15-minute taxi ride. If you don't want to go out, you can also eat at the hotel restaurant. Both lunch and dinner are excellent. I booked dinner for two evenings and lunch for one midday, and the manager proactively offered to change the menu items, so I was able to enjoy different ingredients for all three meals. A great thing about the rooms and public areas is that there are no carpets! You don't have to worry about fleas or other insects at all. The rooms have plenty of natural light during the day, and the lighting is also sufficient at night. The teas provided are also high-quality, and two types of teapots are provided for guests to brew. The hotel is very close to the 5th section of the Flower Sea Corridor, so those who like to watch the sunset can go out in the evening. All the staff are very friendly, making it very suitable for bringing elderly family members for a period of rest and recuperation.

Overall, the value for money is excellent. Having just opened, everything is brand new and the environment is peaceful. The staff's service quality, hotel facilities, privacy, room space, cleanliness and amenities, outdoor pool, restaurant food, etc., are all basically beyond 5-star. To find something of the same caliber in Hong Kong would cost at least four to five thousand per night. There's even luxurious massage and spa services, almost on par with Bali, but this hotel offers them at an incredible value. For those who want a short escape from the city on the weekend but don't want to fly abroad, it's definitely the top choice for relaxation. **Must try the roasted pigeon!**

This trip with my best friend was very satisfying, especially the hotel's service. Every staff member was warm and friendly. The hotel environment is elegant and tranquil. Although the location is a bit secluded, there's a 7-seater business car shuttle service to the border crossing. Moreover, the hotel is very close to Mangzhou Wetland Park, and you can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery along the way if you cycle there. The hotel facilities are very new, the gym is well-equipped, and the KTV rooms are also excellent. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The afternoon tea was both beautiful and delicious, and breakfast was even more surprising. Highly commendable! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel in Hengqin is quite remote but very new, and they allowed us to check out late after the exhibition. However, if you want to go to the city center for food or a massage, it's a 20-minute drive. There were guided tours at 10 AM and 11 AM for the exhibition, but unfortunately, many children were making noise, which was very annoying.

A truly ideal experience. The hotel is beautiful, and all staff provide excellent service. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious, and the spa experience was also very novel. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very quiet and new, but a bit remote. The staff service and attitude are excellent. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast; the food quantity was small but the quality was high. The biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool was still not open in April. The spa only offered dry and wet saunas, hydro-massage, and other facilities, nothing surprising, but the staff who arranged it were very friendly. The flower corridor had almost no flowers in April, which was also a bit disappointing. Moreover, it would probably be very hot in summer as most of it is open-air. I recommend not using the four-person bicycle; it's too expensive at 50 yuan for half an hour, and it moves very slowly. I would not consider going again without other new facilities.

There was a car waiting at Hengqin Port to take us to the hotel, and a butler arranged everything for us, which was very thoughtful. The front desk and hotel staff were very polite, and we were very satisfied with our trip. We will definitely stay again.

The environment is peaceful, and there aren't too many guests, which is perfect for a good rest. The staff are polite and friendly; everyone I passed greeted me, which is very rare and much appreciated.
