Aula de Yoga no Canggu Yoga Centre em Bali

I really enjoyed this class, it was so nourishing for the soul :) I highly recommend it! So affordable and they have lovely staff. Instructor: Loved him, very calm and assertive.

Took the HIIT inferno hot pilates since it was the 1st class when I went to the yoga center. As it is my first time doing pilates, it was a bit hard but I did it with my own pace and rested when I feel too exhausted. The place was great and good thing they have a clean restroom/shower area to freshen up after a class. All in all it was a good experience and would love to try the yoga class next time

The schedule on Klook was different, so instead of a beginner class, I ended up taking a hot yoga class an hour later. That was the only downside. Still, I took it with a 'better for it' mindset, as I got to try hot yoga, which I'd always been hesitant about. I'm not sure if the teacher was the one listed on the schedule, as it seemed different, but I did it on Friday. Hot yoga was really tough, but it felt rewarding. You sweat a lot, so don't wear a cotton shirt. It was a great time, and this was my first and second yoga class here. The Ashtanga for beginners was good, and the hot yoga was good too. I recommend them all!

The schedule was different from what I had researched in advance, so please check the monthly schedule before you go! The class had already started when I arrived, but the instructor kindly started slowly for me! It wasn't the class I wanted and turned into a hard workout, but I sweated a lot and it felt great! There are also showers, and you can rent a towel for 100 yen. The cafe and general store downstairs are also cute, and you can relax after your class! It was a wonderful studio.

I took Rabu's class, and it was my first time doing yoga; I took a beginner's class! It was in the morning, so I was the only one there, which was absolutely wonderful! They taught me very well, and I felt so peaceful inside that I wanted to take more classes next time. Highly recommended~!

It was a yoga center used more by residents than tourists. The facilities were clean, and all the staff were very kind! It was my first time trying hot yoga, and I sweat buckets, haha. After yoga, make sure to grab a healthy juice on the first floor. It's the ultimate detox and healing experience!

The yoga class schedule is very flexible, so it's great to attend the class you want at a convenient time! The floor-to-ceiling windows give you the feeling of exercising with nature, and there's also a shower room, so it was perfect to shower afterwards.

This is a truly hot yoga studio frequented by Westerners, a local yoga spot for Canggu residents. All the staff are friendly, and the instructors' lessons are excellent. The studio gets very hot, so those with low blood pressure should be careful!
