I had a great guide, Gary! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. He was well-versed in the history and local lore of all the different places we visited. Super lucky to do the tour with a small group as well so it felt like a private tour. I highly recommend this tour to get a good idea of what Wellington is about especially if you are spending only a limited amount of time in Wellington.

Gary was our guide today, and he was very friendly to us. We visited many places throughout the day. Today, there was quite a bit of storm, so we experienced the beautiful views of New Zealand, especially in Wellington. We went to many places and were very happy. I highly recommend booking this tour.

Overall, a good experience with attractive scenery. It's impressive that we covered a lot of scenic areas in half a day. However, please note that the tour does not include detailed tours of each attraction, such as the Cable Car Museum, Weta Cave Workshop, or a guided Parliament tour. This is clearly stated. The included lunch is at a good, moderately priced but popular restaurant. A non-alcoholic drink is included. I recommend this English-speaking guided tour to Chinese people who understand spoken English. The guide is very understanding and friendly towards non-European foreigners, and the schedule is well-planned. The tour fee already includes transfers, guide fees, and attractions (excluding special fees for some attractions and the tram). For the attentive care, I also gave him a tip as encouragement. The service provider is Zoo Zoo Tour, and you can always book conveniently through Klook.

The guide introduced so many backgrounds and details about New Zealand history including Wellington. The sightseeing locations were awesome, and I had more clear understanding for this country.

It was almost a private tour since there were only three of us on the trip: my mom, another guest, and me. The trip was great!
