The entire trip was comfortable and easy to complete. Accommodation: We were arranged to stay at the Hakuba Tokyu Resort, a hot spring hotel. It's a bit old but comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Tour Guide: The only minor drawback was that the tour guide didn't pay much attention to the guests, and communication could be improved. Meeting point communication was not detailed or was changed arbitrarily; for example, several times we were told to wait at the shop entrance but the guide himself went directly to the tour bus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really great tour and itinerary. Kei-san was super friendly and professional, made everything smooth and enjoyable. Only downside is the hotel. Really small hotel and the onsen is also small, probably fits around 4 people max. But the food at the hotel was really good, both dinner and breakfast were nice. Overall still highly recommend this tour, it saves a lot of time and makes getting around so much easier!

Our guide, Kaku, was an excellent tour leader. He was fluent in three languages ​​and explained every piece of information and detail clearly. His arrangements and leadership were very well-organized. We were fortunate to have good weather for both days of the trip, and we were truly happy to be able to visit the breathtaking scenic spots of Kamikochi and Tateyama.

We stayed at Hakuba Mominoki Hotel, which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of choices and were very satisfying. Despite the bad weather and being unable to see the snow wall, we still enjoyed the trip very much, especially the experience of using the different types of transport along the route.

Amazing scenery and beautiful views, definitely worth visiting. Clear weather and breathtaking landscapes provide the perfect backdrop to capture unforgettable memories. The tour guide (Xiao Xi) is responsible, organized, and informative. Keeps the group safe while adding great local context on attractions and dining. We stayed in a cozy hotel and had delicious set meals for breakfast and dinner.
