Thực sự rất khuyến khích và cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều, Kevin, vì đã là hướng dẫn viên du lịch tuyệt vời nhất từ trước đến nay!

I was lucky that I was the only one participating that afternoon, so I got a private tour. My guide, Andy, introduced me to a lot of local history and culture in Hanoi. He also talked about the social and cultural atmosphere of Vietnam as a whole, and even international relations. He even answered my strange little questions that I encountered during my self-guided trip these past few days (from Grab drivers on the street, convenience store food, to lottery vendors). It was a very interesting conversation that gave me a deeper understanding of Vietnam. The entire trip was very substantial. The cycling part was about one or two hours, mostly on flat roads, so it was manageable. The rest of the time was spent drinking coffee, other beverages, and resting. The most exciting part was on Long Bien Bridge, following the commuting route of locals during rush hour. There were so many motorcycles, but everyone wasn't going too fast, and they were all quite courteous. Although the traffic in the city is chaotic, if you ride carefully, there aren't too many problems. From the initial booking, the staff I contacted on WhatsApp and the counter staff on-site were all very enthusiastic and willing to help. --- Although the entire tour was conducted in English, the guide seemed to try to explain things in simpler English. Even if I didn't quite understand something, I think I could have communicated using translation software without too many issues. It was a very worthwhile and cost-effective trip.

This was the highlight of our first Hanoi trip. Our guide Nam was very knowledgeable. He shared lots of details about the history of Hanoi. He customised the trip for us too as we had gone for a day tour the day before. We had an awesome time. Travelling on a bike is the best way to see Hanoi up close and personal. Definitely 2 thumbs up!

An excellent way to see the city and many of the tourist hot spots. Our guide was excellent - very informative and friendly. The Banana Island area was lush, green and not busy - like riding through the countryside. Most of the tour you are riding in busy traffic areas so not good for inexperienced bike riders. Highly recommend.

The guide was so kind and entertaining, making it a truly fulfilling tour! We thoroughly explored all the recommended must-visit spots in Hanoi, Vietnam, during the Klook Hanoi half-day 4-hour bicycle city tour. If we had walked to these places, we wouldn't have even covered half of them. I felt that traveling by car wouldn't allow me to experience the local atmosphere as closely, so I was extremely satisfied with the Klook Hanoi bicycle city tour.

Mon guide, Hải, était très agréable, généreux avec ses histoires, et très bien informé sur l'histoire de Hanoï et du Vietnam, ainsi que sur sa vision de la vie au Vietnam. La balade à vélo était également un excellent moyen de voir une grande partie de Hanoï en 4 heures. Le vélo que nous avons utilisé était en bon état et très confortable à conduire... une excellente considération compte tenu de l'intensité du trafic à Hanoï. Vraiment heureux d'avoir fait cette excursion avec ce groupe !

We had a great time with Andy, we found him quite personable, funny, knowledgeable and friendly. The tour went at a nice pace and we were able to learn about Hanoi and ask any questions to Andy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Hanoi and see all the different sights.

Braving the busy streets, alleys, highways, and the oldest bridge of Hanoi wouldn’t have been possible without Ryan. It was intense and fun at the same time! Ryan guided me so well. I really enjoyed biking around, learning interesting facts, and exchanging stories. I learned so much from him. If you love biking like I do, exploring Hanoi on two wheels is a whole different experience. Definitely worth booking this activity!

Minh and Brian were incredible guides! They were warm, personable, and truly charming. They prioritized our safety, kept us well-hydrated, and took excellent care of us throughout the trip. They led us off the beaten path and expertly navigated the bustling city streets. Highly recommend!
