The meeting point was unclear and could be confusing due to the crowd. We were late and missed the start of the tour. We approached the travel agent's office, and they kindly allowed us to join a later walking tour. It can be tiring as it's a 2-hour walking tour. After the walking tour, a different guide took over for the gondola ride. The gondola ride was a good experience. The water can be choppy initially but calms down once you reach the canal. This activity is highly recommended if you don't mind walking for a while. Although conducted in English, you need to listen carefully as the guide's accent can be quite strong. Overall, the voucher was redeemable with the travel agency's assistance.

A wonderful trip. In the morning, we learned a lot about Venice's history, and the boat ride at noon was quite enjoyable. Overall, it was a very worthwhile journey.

Venice walking tour, the guide's explanation was very detailed, lasting about 1.5 hours. Due to time constraints, we were worried about missing our train to Florence, so we didn't have time to take a gondola. We hope to have the opportunity to experience it again.
