The bus ticket exchange was at the hotel reception, which was very helpful and easy to find. The bus was also very comfortable. The bus stopped in Shenzhen for immigration processing, and we changed buses to go to Hong Kong. We stopped at the correct location. Thank you very much.

It was easy to find the bus. The bus company has a small office in the Guangzhou Hotel. You go and get your ticket and wait in the nice cool air-conditioned lobby until you are called when it is time to take the bus. Left Guangzhou at 7pm and got back to HK around 9:30pm

This was an excellent deal for a return ticket from Hong Kong to Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou. The bus company is well organised and trip was smooth sailing.

It's very convenient; there's no need to exchange for a physical ticket. You can just use the QR code for staff to scan. I departed from Kwun Tong and it took about 1 hour to reach Shenzhen Bay Port. After transferring, it took another 2 hours to get to Sunac Mau, which was safe and secure.

I really enjoyed the bus trip experience. It was a bit inconvenient that I had to call in advance to reserve, as I didn't have a Chinese SIM card. It would be great if they had WhatsApp, but nevertheless, everything went smoothly and easily. Everything went according to the Klook instructions, no delays, we departed on time, and changed buses on the other side. Very convenient.

The pass is easy to use, and it was simple to change the boarding location. My friend and I realized our return trip to Hong Kong had changed, requiring us to depart from a different hotel in Guangzhou than originally planned. However, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, providing assistance and immediately allowing us to change our boarding point to the East Gate of Grandview Mall. When we boarded, the ticket inspector was also very friendly, explaining everything in detail, which made our entire journey very comfortable. I plan to use this pass again for my next trip to Guangzhou next month.

My second time taking this bus. It offers convenient and safe transport to travel from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by road.

The overall experience was about my expectation. However, the downsides are: 1. Free seating even though we had confirmed seat numbers. 2. Having to make an international call to reserve your seat. 3. The driver did not stop at the correct destination; he stopped about 50 meters away. This could be problematic for the elderly.

It's so strange that customer service couldn't tell us the bus plate number for our departure route. Furthermore, she incorrectly described the clothing color of the staff in charge at the pickup location. This made me anxious when I still couldn't find them (that pickup point was actually crowded with passengers from other bus providers) 10 minutes before my departure... After I called and checked for more than 5 minutes, I finally saw the bus plate number they mentioned over the call... Customer service told me the whole journey would take 5 hours! I had no choice but to opt for the 8:15 AM route... But I arrived at the destination within 3 hours....
