Hotel Chimelong Guangzhou

We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights at Chimelong Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The best part of staying here is the complimentary access to several parks. We visited the Water Park, International Circus, Safari Park, and Birds Park. Every park was unique and impressive. Our highlights were definitely the Water Park and seeing the koalas and pandas at the Safari Park—truly unforgettable! However, there are areas where the hotel needs improvement, particularly regarding hygiene and cleanliness. While we didn't mind that the rooms are a bit dated, finding leftover food in our first room was disappointing. To the staff's credit, they promptly upgraded us to a suite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. This was a significant issue for us. We genuinely enjoyed our trip and would love to return, provided the hotel can address these cleaning and smoke odor issues.

這次透過 Klook 預訂了廣州長隆酒店的 3 天 2 夜套餐，包含了動物世界、歡樂世界、飛鳥樂園、大馬戲和自助晚餐，整體來說非常超值，而且 Klook 的預訂流程簡便，省去了不少麻煩。 酒店住宿舒適，服務周到，位置貼近廣州地鐵站漢溪長隆站。動物世界、歡樂世界和飛鳥樂園都非常精彩，適合親子遊玩。第一次入場，用回鄉卡實名登記，之後三日內可以不限次數，以面孔核證入場，很方便。大馬戲真係令人驚豔，表演精彩絕倫，早半小時已有熱身活動，正式表演約75分鐘，絕對不容錯過。自助晚餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯，可以盡情享受美食，也可以欣賞白老虎和雀鳥。 總而言之，這次長隆之旅非常愉快，Klook 的預訂服務也讓人感到滿意。這個套餐性價比令人滿意。

本当に子供も大人も楽しめる素晴らしい場所です。ホテルから動物園、そして4つの公園すべてに魔法の要素が散りばめられています！ホテルの立地は便利で、公園へのシャトルバスがあり、ウォーターパークへの専用入口もホテルからすぐのところにあります。

It was a lovely stay at Chimelong Hotel with my family of 2 adults and 3 children. The bed was big enough for our 3 young children. The room was spacious, though a bit dated, but it was fine. The buffet breakfast variety was good, but the one in Zhuhai had better selections. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay, and it was nice that the package included tickets for both adults and children to most attractions. Except for Water World, we needed extra tickets for the child.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Este hotel para niños es conveniente para canjear las entradas desde el propio hotel. ¡El personal fue muy amable y servicial! El hotel proporciona gorros de natación para quienes usan las piscinas del hotel y chalecos salvavidas para niños de menos de 1,5 metros. El desayuno era muy variado y estaba a la altura. Pero el clima era súper caluroso, necesitábamos hidratarnos con frecuencia. Sería genial si tuvieras WeChat Pay o Alipay para poder pagar las bebidas en cualquier lugar de los parques.

酒店安排了2間相連房，非常窩心，房間也寬敞舒適！自助晚餐食物不俗，多樣化！馬戲刺激好看，只是位置較偏，只看到側面！動物世界的動物多樣化，一天逛不完，乘小火車的體驗不錯，如果每看一個動物都能略加停留就更好了！至於歡樂世界的設施有點老舊，也不夠刺激，但見到有新項目在建設，期望遲些有亮眼點！至於飛鳥樂園及水上樂園都沒有時間前往！天氣實在太熱，秋天或冬天再來應更佳！

Great value!! I've compared with other sales platforms, and KLOOK is the cheapest. It was very convenient to check in on the day of arrival; we paid an extra two hundred dollars at check-in to upgrade our room (with a balcony and facing the grassland) and for two buffet breakfasts on the second day. We went to the zoo for two consecutive days, and on the afternoon of the second day, we visited Happy World. If it hadn't been included, we wouldn't have bought tickets for Happy World, so it was great to be able to go for free this time. Just entering the three parks like this, the ticket price per person would already be over a thousand, plus accommodation, and it was Christmas – truly super value!!

Although the hotel is not very new, it is clean and tidy. The Klook package is great value, including breakfast and unlimited access to three parks. We also bought the dinner buffet ourselves, which wasn't too expensive, and had a good variety of tasty dishes. The package also included a small children's playground at the hotel. The rides at Happy World were fun and exciting, suitable for both adults and children. The zoo was incredibly huge; two days and one night was definitely not enough time, and we didn't even get to visit the Bird Park. Three days and two nights would have been perfect. Overall, it was excellent.

The grand circus was spectacular; it had my two children clapping and cheering, shouting how great it was 👍. Originally, I requested a twin room online, but upon arrival at the hotel, the staff said no one had informed them, so they couldn't arrange a twin room for us. I recommend that friends who want a twin room communicate directly with Klook customer service and then contact the hotel. What's worth praising: I lost my phone while watching the grand circus. The next morning, I immediately contacted the staff, and they said they had found a phone, and it was mine! I highly commend their honesty and integrity 👍👍👍👍👍.
