Hotel Chimelong Panda, Guangzhou

This package is excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it. The Panda Hotel is spacious and bright, with a colorful and charming decor full of childlike wonder. The rooms are adorned with cute cartoon themes that children are sure to love. The safari park boasts a wide variety of animals, along with parades and shows, featuring pandas and white tigers as its main attractions. Taking the cable car for a tour of the park offers a unique experience. The Bird Park is not within the Chimelong complex and requires a shuttle bus to reach. It primarily features various birds, and is worth a visit if you have time. This trip coincided with Halloween, and Chimelong Paradise was decorated with an incredibly festive atmosphere. The haunted houses offered different themes, both ancient and modern, from China and abroad. Both staff and visitors were elaborately dressed up, and in the evening, there were music parties and exciting parades, making it very lively.

We were given tickets to the Zoo Fun World and the Water Park, which was very convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent, making it hard to leave. There are so many activities that even a three-day, two-night stay isn't enough to experience them all. However, the only drawback was that the water park tickets did not include children's tickets. We had to purchase a one-day children's ticket separately on Klook, but only after arriving at the hotel did we discover that tickets purchased directly from the hotel included three days and two nights of water park access. When we wanted to go to the water park again on the second night, we realized that the tickets bought on Klook were only valid for one night, while our friends who bought tickets directly from the hotel had three days and two nights of admission. In the end, we had to buy another children's water park ticket for 140 yuan, which was a waste of 140 yuan. We hope Klook can compensate us for our loss.

I highly recommend purchasing this package on Klook. It's a good price, and the package gives you access to three theme parks, all of which are fun and worth visiting! We had an amazing time. The hotel is super cute and provides panda-themed amenities in the room for kids and adults. The hotel also provides frequent shuttles to these theme parks, which makes it convenient. During our stay, hotel guests also enjoyed a discount when buying at the hotel's souvenir shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chimelong Panda hotel as it’s super cute and the room is clean and appears to be newly refurbished. The food court is yummy and staff are attentive. The theme parks are great and definitely worth visiting.

The Panda Hotel is beautiful. As soon as you enter, it's filled with a joyful atmosphere. Thanks to the staff for the free room upgrade, which included a lovely chick-themed children's bed. The design is very pretty, and the children were very happy! Driving into the safari park allowed us to admire the animals up close – a fantastic experience! The circus was spectacular, with a series of high-difficulty acts that kept the entire audience on the edge of their seats! The Happy World amusement park is also very large. We only played in the children's area with the kids, and we spent 4 hours there! The hotel's buffet dinner was excellent 👍🏻 with a huge variety, including hot pot, and several durian desserts like durian pastries, durian pizza, and durian ice cream – truly amazing 👍🏻👍🏻. Unfortunately, the king crab was snatched up instantly every time it appeared, so we didn't get to try it in the end. However, there were plenty of other dishes, and the buns were adorably shaped! The steamed seafood was also delicious! The 3-day, 2-night trip was incredibly fulfilling! Our whole family had such a great time that we didn't want to leave! 🥰

The value for money is excellent, and the children had a great time. I sincerely recommend a 3-day, 2-night stay. A 2-day, 1-night trip might not be enough time to enjoy everything or could be quite tiring, as check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. The most enjoyable day was the second day! We didn't book the buffet. The hotel's food court, "Gourmet Town," offers food similar to Hong Kong's cha chaan tengs. Three bowls of beef offal noodles cost around 180 RMB. Remember to prepare Alipay or other e-payment methods. I used the Alipay HK version, and it worked fine even for taxis. I once went out to a night market food stall to buy handmade rice rolls (from a street vendor), and the owner asked me to scan a QR code. Hong Kong is really behind the times! There are three parks, and we didn't go to the Bird Park as my son and I aren't very interested in birds. At the Safari Park, you can take an electric cart for 90 RMB per person, with adults and children paying the same price (the mini-train is free and follows the same route). The electric cart stops closer to the animals and drives slower, and the driver's explanations are very clear. For point-to-point transfers within the park, it costs 30 RMB per person per ride. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the North Gate of Happy World. Opposite the North Gate of Happy World is the entrance to the Circus. The rides inside are categorized by thrill level. There's a large playhouse suitable for K3 to 10+ year olds, and there's a parade at 7:30 PM. Opening hours and travel times: Bird Park: 09:30-18:00, 30 minutes Safari Park: 09:30-18:00, 8 minutes Happy World: 09:30-19:00, 10-minute walk If you want to eat dinner outside, you can take the shuttle bus to the subway station, then cross the road via the subway. There are many restaurants in the mall, offering excellent value for money!

First time at the Panda Hotel; the hotel decoration is luxurious; the place is very spacious; we stayed in a family suite; the staff service was polite; it was also our first time at the Wild Animal World; the children were very happy; especially seeing real wild animals; (white tigers, giraffes, pandas, parrots, lions) the children said: it's really different from what's in books; and different from what's seen on TV; it felt very exciting; as the old saying goes: "It's better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books"!! We will come again next time!! 💯💖🤩🌹

This package offers great value for money. Although there were many people during the Easter holidays, the park is spacious, so it didn't feel crowded. If you enjoy feeding animals, you can visit the Birds Paradise, though it's a bit far from the hotel. There, you can feed hippos, parrots, pelicans, chicks, ducklings, piglets, and goats. The "Hundred Birds Flying Song" performance is a must-see. The Grand Circus is spectacular, but you need to arrive about an hour early to secure a good seat; you can reserve your spot first and then buy food. Both the zoo and Happy World have many performances, and children can dance with the performers and have a lot of fun. The hotel, knowing it was a child's birthday, provided a complimentary birthday gift and simple decorations.

The 3-day, 2-night itinerary was packed, and the children had a wonderful time. We visited three theme parks and even a circus, which was very satisfying. During Christmas, the hotel was extremely crowded; a hotel with over a thousand rooms was fully booked, which gives you an idea of how many people there were. The buffet restaurant, which claims to seat 800 people, had no tables available when I went to eat around 6 PM. I spoke to a staff member, and thankfully, they arranged a newly opened seating area for me. However, the restaurant should really improve its crowd management; if there are no seats, they shouldn't keep selling tickets for entry. Additionally, the food street should offer discounts to hotel guests, as their prices are quite high, and it's not convenient to travel outside the park to eat. Other than that, everything else was fine.
