I fondly recall the years when I often went to Friendship Store with my mother. Every time we passed by, she would point to the Garden Hotel and introduce it to me. I'm truly delighted, as this is my first stay at the Garden Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, with a magnificent and antique interior design that leaves a lasting impression. The room is very modern and incredibly comfortable. The hotel service is truly first-class, including check-in, phone inquiries, and various requests, all handled to my complete satisfaction. This time, I also tried several restaurants within the hotel, including the Waterfall Restaurant, Lai Wan Court, and Lingxuan Pavilion. Each has its unique charm, leaving me very satisfied. This historic hotel still exudes a clean, elegant, and noble atmosphere! The staff are attentive, kind, and hospitable, making guests feel incredibly warm and cared for. Although the buffet dinner isn't particularly special, the unique experience of dining by the waterfall is absolutely unforgettable and worth trying! The hotel also offers exquisite Chinese breakfast, full of flavor, adding a delicious highlight to the trip. The spacious and clean rooms are well-equipped, making guests feel very comfortable. The lobby staff are enthusiastic and friendly, proactively helping with photos, demonstrating thoughtful service. This experience was truly satisfying, and I will definitely choose to stay again, looking forward to encountering this dedicated service once more!

My wife and I stayed for two nights, and we felt this hotel was absolutely superb! Although the hotel is 40 years old, it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean, the amenities are exquisite, and the facilities are complete. The hotel lobby, corridors, and various restaurants are elegantly decorated, exuding a sense of luxury in their understated design. All hotel staff are warm and hospitable. The hotel offers free guided tours, and we'd like to thank John from the concierge for his enthusiastic hospitality. My wife and I took an hour-long tour and gained a deep understanding of the hotel's history, architecture, decor, gardens, and facilities. For our two buffet breakfasts, we dined at the revolving restaurant on the 30th floor and the Waterfall Restaurant in the lobby downstairs. The food at both locations was similar and of excellent quality. As for the ambiance, each had its unique charm, and being in either was a delightful experience. The subway station is just 50 meters from the hotel's main entrance, making it very convenient for getting around.

It was a very satisfying experience. The hotel is right behind Taojin Metro Station, which is super convenient. Since this booking was to celebrate a birthday, the hotel provided a cake and wrote "Happy Birthday" on the bed in the room. Klook offered a free upgrade to a Cantonese Rhyme Room, which turned out to be a suite with a small living room, coffee table, desk, and even a coffee machine. The buffet breakfast and dinner food were quite rich. For the buffet dinner, we were able to arrange a window seat at the Waterfall Restaurant, enjoying the waterfall view while dining, which was a fantastic experience. The oysters at dinner were very plump, and the pasta should not be missed. The breakfast selection was also very rich. The "Garden Lamb" included in the booked package turned out to be a cute doll. I hope Klook can offer more similar deals.

This time, I stayed at the Garden Hotel Guangzhou for three days and two nights, which included two breakfasts and one buffet dinner. Because it was my birthday, my room was upgraded to a suite, and I received a complimentary birthday cake and room decorations, which I was very satisfied with. The transportation was convenient, with a direct bus service to the hotel. During the buffet dinner, the hotel's foreign manager presented me with a cake and sang a birthday song to celebrate with me. There was also a flower inside a balloon, which surprised and touched me greatly. The oysters at the buffet dinner were fresh and delicious, truly befitting a platinum five-star hotel. Both the environment and the food were first-class. My relative felt unwell, and a female manager thoughtfully inquired about her well-being and even sent macarons, which was very considerate and commendable. In short, it's a highly recommended hotel. The only regret is that the swimming pool was under maintenance.

The hotel is right behind Exit A of Taojin Subway Station, surrounded by many shopping malls and restaurants, which is very convenient. I originally booked a standard Garden Hotel room, but the staff upgraded me to a suite with a living room, a study, two large TVs, two sinks in the bathroom, and a capsule coffee machine. The hotel has a wealth of facilities, including a museum, swimming pool, gym, sauna, large garden, multiple restaurants, and shops, so you can spend a whole day without leaving the premises. This time, I booked with a buy-one-get-one-free offer, staying two nights for $1400, which was incredibly affordable! I hope Klook can offer more similar deals.

Hotel location: Right next to Taojin Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 5. Cleanliness: Although it's 40 years old, it's still very well maintained. Breakfast: Having breakfast at Lingxuan Pavilion is a good choice. Dinner at the Waterfall Restaurant, however, is not worth it if the walk-in price is 399 RMB. The crabs were not fresh, the fruit selection was small, and there was no beer. Only the environment is decent, which is a plus!

This was my first stay at the Garden Hotel. The room was clean and the transportation was convenient. The hotel is right outside Taojin Metro Station, offering another transport option besides taxis. In the evening, I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat dim sum at Lai Wan Ting. The food quality was good, and the restaurant environment was very comfortable. The staff were polite. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. Perhaps due to Christmas, there were many people checking in. We didn't expect to get our room key immediately, so after registering, we stored our luggage and took two subway stops to Dongshankou to eat and look around. We returned to the hotel around 3 PM, hoping to get our room key, but after a long wait, we were told it wasn't ready yet. We were a bit disappointed. Since we couldn't go to our room yet, we decided to visit the museum. About an hour later, we returned, and they still said it wasn't ready. Not wanting to wait any longer, we went out to Zhujiang New Town to explore. We returned around 10 PM and finally got our room key. We were assigned the last room on the 9th-floor corridor. Since it was so late, we didn't mind. After this stay, we felt the arrangements were a bit chaotic. As for the room, it was clean and tidy, the environment was good, and transportation was convenient, being close to the subway station.

Check-in was slow, taking over half an hour to complete the procedures. Although I booked two non-smoking twin rooms, I could only get one initially, and unlike other Klook guests, I didn't receive an upgrade. A fruit platter was delivered to the room, but apart from grapes, the other fruits required self-service cutting. The wooden furniture in the room showed signs of aging. The toilet and shower shared a single door for privacy, indicating insufficient hygiene. The wooden partition door between the bathroom and the bed also had gaps that were not repaired. The buffet dinner included in the hotel package did not offer a wide variety of dishes; besides salads, no hot vegetable dishes were available, and desserts lacked freshly made waffles or pancakes, which was not up to the standard expected of a five-star hotel. However, there was a pleasant surprise: breakfast was arranged at the revolving restaurant on the 30th floor, and both the food and environment were excellent. The outdoor waterfall garden in the basement of the Garden Hotel is worth a visit, and the museum on the fourth floor offers rich information, which was a small added bonus.
