Scooter was great. Problem was we had to pay an extra 30,000 dong surcharge as we had to switch to 50cc bike.We did not have International permit. When booking Klook site just asks if you have driving licence not International one.You are only allowed to drive up to 50cc without it. Feel klook are not making things clear to people and leaving them open to abuse by unscrupulous renters. Our guy was good and 30,000 dong is not much for 3 days.

The car delivery was on time, and the owner and staff had excellent service attitudes. The scooter was easy to ride, and you don't need a Vietnamese driver's license. If you come to Hoi An, you can rent a scooter from them.

In Da Nang, renting a motorbike usually requires a deposit or passport as collateral. This shop doesn't require either. Booking through Klook, the price is only two-thirds of the market rate. The motorbike provided even has an electronic fuel injection panel. Highly recommended; just the fact that you don't need to deposit your passport makes it better than many other shops. A reminder that they might not provide a 3/4 helmet, meaning there's no visor. Bringing large sunglasses will make riding much more comfortable for your eyes, otherwise, there's a lot of dust on the roads.

This helped us a lot during our stay in Hoi An. They delivered the motorcycle to our hotel and picked it up afterwards.

In Hoi An, I wouldn't recommend renting a car, because unless it's the rainy season and you can't ride, all the attractions in Hoi An are within walking distance. Plus, hotels usually offer free bicycle rentals. Only rent a car if you plan to go to a more distant place! Also, the rental car will be delivered to your hotel, and when it's time to return it, just call them to pick it up from the hotel. The only thing I found was that they only give you one bar of gas, so if you're running low, you'll have to refuel! The key point is the reviews for that gas station... I checked them... they tend to overcharge tourists... so you'll have to decide for yourself.

I rented a scooter to go to An Bang Beach. It was helpful because I was worried about getting back if I used Grab. I was able to rent it without them checking my passport or driver's license. The price is also cheap, so I think it's easy to use. However, it says "full-face" but it's a half-helmet. Also, it's nice that they deliver and pick up at the hotel, but the timing is a bit unreliable. Is that Vietnamese time? (laughs)

The daily rental fee is cheap, the car performs well and isn't old, and the owner is very kind. I mentioned the helmet had a strong odor, and he immediately replaced it with a new one for me.

Klook should be concerned about the health and safety of its customers. The bike rattled, the brakes were slow to respond, and the petrol was low. I had to travel 8 kilometers to fill up petrol. I wasted my time looking for a petrol kiosk on Independence Day (September 2nd). The renter just dropped the bike at the hotel and left the keys with the receptionist. Not many people can use the leg paddle shift. As I said, Klook does not audit its motorbike suppliers. For a global company, they are a disappointment. Don't rent motorbikes from Klook. You will regret it. I only used it to the beach once, as I was concerned about safety issues. Again, avoid booking a motorbike from Klook. Klook should concentrate on tours (I enjoyed the My Son & Hue deluxe tour. They were excellent.). Motorbike rentals – Klook does not do due diligence 🙁
