We rented a scooter and got a Honda Click. They delivered it to our hotel at the agreed time. They contacted us via WhatsApp and were very responsive. The provider was also kind and helpful with all our concerns. We asked to extend our rental to return it at a later hour, instead of 8 AM to 11 AM, but they were generous and did not charge us an additional fee. They told us we could return it anytime during the day without a surcharge. The service is superb and very kind. They informed us to leave the key at the reception to return the scooter, which was very convenient. There was a free 1 liter of gas, which was enough to roam around Hoi An. We loaded another 2 liters, thinking we needed it, but didn't even use it up as this scooter is very fuel-efficient. We really had fun!

I didn't take the motorcycle for personal reasons, but the staff was in contact with me, so I could take the motorcycle. For this reason, I recommend this ticket/rental on Klook.

Minh rented a geared motorbike, but the owner gave him an automatic scooter instead. He didn't even ask for an ID when handing over the bike, saying that renting through Klook is trustworthy and guaranteed. Very satisfied with the service.

The motorbike is a Honda, 125cc, in good working condition, and the price is reasonable. It's delivered to the hotel for free, and on the day of return, you just WhatsApp to notify them, and someone will come to pick it up. It's raining heavily now, so it must be tough for the person delivering the bike. Next time I visit Hoi An, I'll continue to use this service. Highly recommended.

The helmet is very comfortable. For safety, I don't want to wear a "watermelon rind" helmet, and the add-on price isn't expensive, so I just added one to my purchase. There's also another 3/4 helmet included in the storage compartment, which is very thoughtful.

The scooter is great and easy to ride. The owner delivers it directly to your hotel, which is very convenient. He also provides very friendly instructions and doesn't leave until he's sure you've got it. When returning the scooter, you just ride it back to the hotel, park it, and notify the owner to pick it up.

The shop did not deliver the car to the hotel at the scheduled time. We walked to the shop, which is near the old town. It was easy to rent, with no deposit required and no documents requested. The shop gave us small gifts for picking up and returning the car ourselves. The shop also sells coffee by the roadside in the morning at local prices.
