Xin Cao - we just loved this egg coffee class! It was a vibrant one. We shared it with Taiwanese tourists. It was fun to learn the history of this egg coffee, which originated from Hanoi in the 1940s. The taste wasn't bad either ;))

Thực sự rất thích buổi học làm cà phê trứng với cô giáo Lena mặc dù đó là một buổi học riêng vì tôi đã chọn suất sớm nhất. Rất khuyến khích cho những ai yêu cà phê và muốn có một hoạt động thú vị hơn trong chuyến đi.

We took a coffee-making class on our last day in Vietnam, just before our flight, and it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was quiet and inviting, creating the ideal setting for learning. Situated on Beer Street, the cafe has a unique vibe that enhances the class. The cozy atmosphere, paired with Jennifer's exceptional instruction, made the day truly memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in the class.

A must do for coffee lovers. Our group of three were the only attendees for our timeslot so it became a private session. Ms. Ha was very effective in imparting her knowledge and skills in making egg coffee as well as brown and white coffee. We also enjoyed the cyclo tour of the old quarter area.

Tôi đã đi cùng nhóm bạn của mình và chúng tôi đã tận hưởng trọn vẹn trải nghiệm này. Lớp học được cô Hà hướng dẫn và chúng tôi đã học được nhiều hơn là chỉ quy trình pha cà phê. Chúng tôi cũng được tìm hiểu về văn hóa và một phần lịch sử Việt Nam. Đây cũng là một cách thú vị để gặp gỡ những người mới.

It was such a great experience. There’s tea and banana chips while waiting for the class to start. Chloe’s instructions were clear. We got to learn how to make egg coffee, brown coffee, and white coffee. We drank the ones we made so be ready for 3 rounds of coffee as well. 😁

The class is upstairs at the location. Chloe was our teacher and she was great at explaining and showing us what to do. You actually learn to make 3 coffees so be ready for a lot of caffeine! We added on the puppet show which started at the end of our class. It is only a 5 minute walk away and Chloe escorted us over and made sure we got in okay. She is the best!!!

Cô Hà là một giáo viên xuất sắc. Cô ấy đã giải thích chi tiết lịch sử cà phê ở Việt Nam và dạy chúng tôi cách pha các loại khác nhau như cà phê trứng, cà phê nâu và cà phê trắng. Rất khuyến khích lớp học này cho bất kỳ ai đến thăm Hà Nội!

Tôi không phải là người yêu cà phê và rất hiếm khi uống cà phê. Tôi đã đặt lớp học này để trải nghiệm cách làm cà phê trứng, món đặc sản có nguồn gốc từ Hà Nội. Cô Hà, giáo viên của chúng tôi, rất tận tâm và là một giáo viên xuất sắc trong việc hướng dẫn chúng tôi cách làm cà phê trứng cũng như 3 loại cà phê khác (đen, sữa, nâu). Cô ấy giải thích mọi chi tiết và rất sẵn lòng trả lời các câu hỏi. Một trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời! Nhóm mà tôi tham gia trong lớp học này cũng rất tuyệt, làm cho trải nghiệm tổng thể trở nên tuyệt vời.

It was a fun experience. Ha was very thorough in explaining the overview of coffee production in Vietnam, the history of egg coffee, and the proper way of drinking coffee. After making egg coffee with us, we also made brown and white coffee. From time to time she would also ask us about our stay and Vietnam. She taught us some Vietnamese expressions as well. Recommended!
