I had such a great time at this workshop! The host was incredibly welcoming, patient, and passionate about Vietnamese coffee culture. Learning how to make both the signature Egg Coffee was fun, hands-on, and surprisingly easy to follow. The ingredients were high quality, the instructions were clear, and I loved hearing the stories behind each recipe. Best of all, the coffee tasted amazing! It was a unique and memorable experience that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi, whether you're a coffee lover or just looking for an authentic local activity. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommended!

A must do for coffee enthusiast! I had an incredible time learning to make Egg Coffee and Cafe Su Da with Cherry. She is a wonderful, patient instructor and made the session so enjoyable. I was lucky enough to be the only one in the class, making it a very special experience. Cherry even gave me the best local recommendations for food and beauty services! This was a major highlight of my Vietnam trip.

excellent workshop! our instructor was super knowledgable and also recommended things for us to do and places to visit in our time here. we made the egg coffee and coconut coffee and both were amazing! really fun class too!

I went with my partner and we had a great time! Our instructor was very educated and taught us more about the actual science of brewing coffee than I ever thought I’d know. It was very interesting and definitely worth the money because even though we didn’t book the full experience (we only did one hour): his family has been in the coffee business for three generations, we were offered tea and snacks, and shared his slideshow with us with the science and recipes of each coffee kind (even the ones we didn’t book for!). Side note: If you’re a lover of coffee AND tea I would really recommend learning the pour over coffee. I’ve never had any kind of coffee like that and it was surprisingly really good.

The individual delivery person was absolutely excellent, and I had a truly memorable experience.

The owner is very friendly, we had a really good time there.

Cherry was fantastic and very knowledgeable about her craft in coffee making and Vietnamese coffee history.
