Excursão Guiada de Um Dia a Edoras, Senhor dos Anéis

It was a tick in the bucket list for this trip to be able to climb Mount Sunday - Edoras, Capital of Rohan in LOTR. Photos were magnificent as the guide provided us with the replica of the weapons for photo shooting.

This was an amazing tour for both LOTR & nature lovers! Make sure you check booking details after purchasing as the pick-up times vary depending on pick up location but klook auto assigns 9am to all pick-up locations (I think that’s why there are a few people complaining that they got picked up late in the reviews.) Nick was an amazing and friendly tour guide with lots of LOTR and New Zealand fun facts. The views were absolutely stunning! 10/10 would recommend if you’re a LOTR fan and love a bit of adventure!

I had to wait for the pickup for almost an hour, and the pickup spot wasn't even at my hotel because my hotel wasn't an option. I wasn't happy at the beginning of the trip, but the rest of the tour was amazing, and I loved it very much.

Fantastisk tur - litt lang kjøretur, men flott kommentar og Ringenes Herre-anekdoter underveis. Avgangen ble forsinket med en time på grunn av manglende oppmøte og behov for å bytte buss - men vi tok igjen tapt tid og hadde litt mer plass på bussen, så det var ikke noe stort problem. Å klatre opp «Edoras» er litt anstrengende, men fullt gjennomførbart og vel verdt det, mange muligheter til å ta bilder med sverd og flagg på toppen. Stoppet på en hyggelig kafé med solrik terrasse og kalde drikker for en veldig god matpakke på vei tilbake.

This was a lovely day trip tour. We got picked up from our hotel which was amazing! Cheryl was an amazing tour guide. Funny and knowledgeable. We got to see spectacular scenery and some little nuggets thanks to Cheryl and the stories she shared. Made me love LOTR even more now. Thanks for an amazing day trip!

The guide was incredibly kind, which made me feel great. I especially liked that they took so many photos for me with such enthusiasm. It was pleasant and enjoyable, and I appreciated being escorted all the way to my hotel. Edoras, in particular, is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend it.

I participated in this tour on May 10, 2025. It was a very windy but clear day. In the morning, I went to a nearby shuttle hotel for the集合. The bus was on time. A small incident was that I mistakenly went to the back door of the hotel to wait, but the bus was at the front door. The tour guide even came to find me, which was very thoughtful. I felt a bit embarrassed for making others wait a few minutes. All the scenic spots along the way were beautiful. In addition, the tour guide provided very professional explanations about the filming locations and stories of The Lord of the Rings, and also showed friendliness and care to everyone. Any questions were answered, which made a deeper impression on me about this trip. Especially after walking to the highest point at the site, overlooking everything and experiencing the Edoras filming location was exceptionally stunning. It made me wonder how nature could create such amazing scenery, and it was also astonishing how the film crew found this location given the technology and transportation conditions at the time. Photos don't do it justice; I highly recommend everyone to experience it in person~

The scenery was truly otherworldly, with breathtaking views of ice-covered mountains. The highlight of the trip was the Edoras route, where we visited Mount Sunday and posed with various LOTR weapons. The only downside was the late lunch at around 3:30 pm, which caused some digestion issues.

Tour was good. Guide was very knowledgeable about the whole Lord of the Rings. Lunch could be better.

Disfruté muchísimo este viaje. Las vistas son increíbles y Peter es un buen guía. El almuerzo para llevar estaba delicioso y abundante. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para los fans de El Señor de los Anillos.
