What an absolute blast of a family adventure! 🌋 Tearing it up on the ATVs over the lava rocks was epic. Our guide, Putir, was a total rockstar—keeping us safe but giving us 20 glorious minutes of pure freedom to rough it across the dunes! (Plus, he took amazing photos and videos! 📸) We wrapped up the adrenaline rush with a relaxing dip in the hot springs though the facilities could use a little TLC. Add in a cool science trip to the coffee plant where we scored a massive haul of flavored teas, coffee, and chocolates! 🙌 Big thanks to Indra and the team for an unforgettable day! 🥳✨

Sari was my driver and she was awesome!! She is understanding and doesn't rush the customer. She also helped me take some photos and took me trekking! Thank you so much, Sari. Please give her more tour jobs as she has to support her younger brother who needs a lot of care.

The driver Dibya and the jeep driver who drove us up to the mountain were fantastic. They were punctual, responsible, kind, and helpful. They had excellent driving skills, which made us feel super comfortable and safe on our way to the mountain in the early morning. Furthermore, they were not only safe drivers but also cared about our needs. They were willing to help us communicate with the locals and stayed with us when we were exchanging money in local shops, helping us avoid any chances of scams. We felt incredibly welcomed and warmed while being with them. It was a precious and unforgettable experience in Bali.

This tour was the best decision made of the whole Bali trip. We surely got lucky for good weather for both sunrise and ATV. The sunrise was breathtaking. The food and coffee at the cafe were superb! We also got the best seat at the cafe. ATV was super fun, given the route was quite adventurous, the bumpy black sand road makes everything super raw, fun! The last stop at the coffee farm was very nice also because we got to see a lot of spice and coffee plants around. And our driver - Gede is super nice and we got really well taken care of. I highly recommend this tour and will for sure be back next time with other friends!

Our trip was really good even though Mount Batur was hidden by fog so we couldn't see it. Gede was an absolute legend, making sure we still had a fantastic time. His knowledge and energy really made the trip memorable. Definitely recommend it for the experience and the great company!

Kami memiliki pengalaman yang luar biasa dengan Klook. Kedua pengemudi sangat baik dalam mengemudi. Dibya datang ke titik penjemputan tepat waktu dan sangat sopan serta ramah. Yoga adalah pengemudi Jeep kami. Dia membawa kami dari tempat parkir ke titik matahari terbit di Gunung Batur. Dalam perjalanan, kami berbincang-bincang yang menyenangkan tentang kehidupan di Bali dan dia berusaha keras untuk mengambil foto. Dia adalah seorang fotografer yang luar biasa. Kedua pengemudi sangat tulus dan membuat pengalaman ini sangat lancar. Sangat direkomendasikan!

¡Qué fantástica manera de pasar la mañana! Solo teníamos 24 horas en Kintamani y esta fue, con mucho, la mejor decisión que tomamos en este viaje. A pesar de la reserva de última hora, la compañía aceptó nuestra reserva y los arreglos fueron rápidos y bien organizados. Nos recogió nuestro conductor, el encantador y amable Sarwa. Fue puntual en cada punto del viaje e hizo que el viaje fuera muy cómodo. Primero nos llevó a ver el amanecer en el café más hermoso (¡desafortunadamente el clima no estuvo a nuestro favor!), luego nos llevó a los ATVs (¡Raymond, nuestro guía, fue muy amable y servicial!), luego fuimos a las aguas termales para un relajante chapuzón. Recomendaría encarecidamente este viaje a cualquiera que esté en la zona y busque una forma divertida y emocionante de pasar la mañana explorando las vistas que ofrece esta región de Bali.

Para pengemudi dan pemandu dalam tur ini sangat profesional dan membuat pengalaman ini luar biasa. Karena waktu penjemputan yang pagi, pengemudi membawa saudaranya dan bergantian mengantar kami ke dan dari tujuan, yang membuat kami merasa sangat aman selama perjalanan panjang. Pemandangan dari kafe juga fantastis dan perjalanan ATV setelah sarapan sangat menyenangkan. ATV dan helm terasa cukup baru dan ATV mudah dikendalikan karena kami menggunakan model yang sedikit lebih kecil dari biasanya. Pemandu ATV juga melakukan pekerjaan yang hebat dalam merekam video kami saat berkendara di Black Sands dan memberi kami banyak kebebasan untuk berkendara di sekitar area tersebut. Perkebunan kopi juga memiliki teh/kopi dan keripik tapioka yang enak. Mudah saja memberikan 5 bintang untuk paket ini dan akan merekomendasikan semua orang untuk mencobanya saat berada di Bali!

One of the best Bali tours I've been on, many thanks to our friendly driver, Gede. Gede picked us up at Seminyak promptly and with a huge smile in the early morning. We chatted all about Bali and he pointed out the scenic spots and views of Mount Batur for us, and gave us a great tour around the area. He also gave amazing recommendations for food around the area. The whole trip was amazing! A must do trip for everyone. Gede helped us pick out amazing scenic views of Mount Batur and even went the extra mile to drive to spots that had a better view as it was a cloudy day. Overall, a very smooth, safe and amazing ride all the way from Seminyak to Mount Batur and back. I would highly recommend Gede and this tour

Es war besser, als wir erwartet hatten – die Aussicht vom Sunrise Café war unglaublich. Wir sahen zu, wie der Nebel innerhalb von nur 15 Minuten ins Tal zog und sich auflöste. Die Fahrten mit den Bögen waren vielleicht die lustigste Aktivität unserer gesamten Bali-Reise.
